This is such a great store except for the extremely long lines. Sometimes I'll walk in and walk out knowing I don't have 30 minutes to wait. But other than that they carry everything you need. Especially for the Holidays. They always get new merchandise. Prices are great
Huge store with a huge selection of home goods. They have tons of items for your house. Rugs, chairs, decor, organization items, food and more.
Saw lot of things I would like to take home.... if only I had the space!!!
Horrible customer service. They want to pride themself off their return policy but if you buy an item and try to return it and they change the price while you had the item I had mine 5 days they will only offer back the new price. I purchased an item for $250 and 5 days later they changed it to $130 and said they’d only give me $130 back. They are more concerned about locking in that overpriced sale then pleasing a customer. It was a gross feeling walking out of the store feeling like they just scammed me. Beware!
This store HAS to hire more staff. There are 15 cashier machines but only 4 or 5 open. The lines are way too long and slow. 20 - 25 minutes waiting for checking out. Bad customer service.
This outlet is located at The Village at Allen. Shares the space with TJ Maxx, same checkout counters too A well maintained place, the staff are very friendly, they are always around the aisles, volunteering for help. Many seasonal decors are available in the clearance section. Plenty of parking lots.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! First off, why have so many registers if only 3 are open? Not to mention they're always busy and the workers are very slow. Second and worst of all, immediately upon entering, you're greeted by the smell of mold which is not good for one's overall health. No one should have to inhale mold throughout the entire store like that! Not only do I feel awful for the customers, but also for the employees who have to endure that smell for so long! They really have to fix that ASAP! It's a horrible hazard. Don't come here.
Nice place with a lot of home goods and affordable prices
Very Very Long Line that stretched into the purse area. with only 3 registers open. Employees slowly milling around doing very little to get rid of the line. I left my cart because I wasn't going to wait 45 minutes to get checked out! Aisles inside the store are claustrophobic because they are so close together and not enough room to turn around if some one is in your way.
Zohal is super friendly and very helpful, she’s definitely an asset for you guys.
