This location has a lot of stuff! More than most locations that i shopped at. Packed, stacked everywhere. Not sure if it's the employees or the shoppers, the items are not neatly organized like the other locations. For example: photo frames are stacked on top of each other, and this increases the chance of the items getting scratched or broken.
I just had a horrible experience at this home goods. I got an item from the clearance section at this home goods and when I go to pay the cashier tells me that this isn’t the price of the item I am purchasing. She starts hassling me and asking me where I got this and to bring her another with the same price. In other words she’s implying I grabbed a price from another item and stuck it on the mirror/art work I was trying to get. I asked to speak with a manager and she claimed to be the manager but she has to be the worst manager I’ve ever seen. She has no customer service skills was completely rude. I am never shopping there again and I hope she gets the repercussion she deserves.
Very nice store. They added many new collection items for the holidays and Halloween. Prices are reasonable as well. Also, they javelin great customer service
Good stuff, crowded on weekends. Tough for handicapped ppl as store is on an uphill. Only one handicapped spot nearby
Great selections and many interesting items. Love the food section, with oils and spices from around the world. Good parking, with great accessibility.
Plenty of parking. And There's a Marshall's and a burlibgton in the same shopping center. In the adjacent shopping centre Pike7 Plaza walking distance heading west there's a DSW & TJ maxx & a couple of restaurants, including Sakura Japanese Steak, Cava, Panera bread, Honey gro, Mod Pizza & Starbucks. Could be walking distance about a 1 mile still heading west is a best buy, next to a Container store, and a couple of restaurants Chick filled and Chipotle. All in all, from Spring Hill Road and Leesburg Pike after the Hilton on the south side & heading east you to Marshalls Drive, excellent shopping opportunities and chain restaurants. Highly recommend for bargain hunters.
I like this store but dont enjoy the checkout process. I understand theyre told to ask if you want to open a credit card with them, thats fine. But after someone says “no”, please dont get pushy with them and act judgemental when they say no
Great variety of goods you would need for your house. And your pet, because that's what makes your house a home.
This homegoods is always well stocked and full of interesting finds. I think if I were to wish for one thing out of the homegoods franchise it would be to have less 'damaged goods' for sale in the store. It seems that a large portion of the items for sale have cosmetic or structural flaws. It's always heartbreaking to find a beautiful piece of furniture only to inspect more closely and find it has damage.
