I give them no stars! The only reason i gave them one is so i could post this. I am less than 6 months away from paying then off and all of the sudden they stop taking out my payments tried to call but Noone answers I've been dealing with them for years and only person you get is that one woman who is so nasty and hateful you hate to even call them. They took out a mortgage without even telling me. I will not ever deal with them again once I get them paid off. They are the worst ever to deal with Stay away if you can don't do business with them.

I will never use this company again! They have the worst customer service and they are very rude! I didn’t understand something and one of the workers got nasty with me! I had no idea there would be a lean put on my home! The interest rates are threw the roof and they don’t want to work with you at all! I was having payments come out 3 times a month and they proceeded to tell me that don’t take care of the payments for the next month! I was told I would receive the Lean Release in the mail in about 20 days and I still have not received anything! Stay away from this company!! It’s terrible! When I asked the lady who had my account to speak to a manager she said she was not in and they only had two workers! Never EVER will they have any of my money again!

The worse company EVER. They are unwilling to help people they are just out for money. They put a lien on the property and never disclosed this information. They are disgusting and need to be reported to the attorney general for their unethical practices. The customer service...the 2 employees here have the education of a 3rd grader and take power of being a "supervisor" to the head...Indea. Javan is just a puppet and speaks out of turn with minimal knowledge to how the court system actually works. Never do business with this low grade company!!

This firm is consequential predatory lending. Their practices of misleading, false information, and continued lack of trustworthiness all across the board. I have asked for their MLS No in the state of NJ for over 30 days. Instead, they keep passing the buck. No one answers your calls or follows up.

NEVER! EVER! will I use this company again or ever recommend them to ANYONE!!!!!!!! Their interest policy is OUT OF THIS WORLD! they continued to compound interest even when it was paid OFF before the due date so we would then continue to receive a statement in the mail from interest on the days it took to mail payment. They placed a lien on our property without us knowing and then in trying to pay the entire balance off we finally had to pay a charge to RELEASE THE LIEN FROM OUR PROPERTY! This company hides behind the fine print of the contracts which makes them "legal" but they are definitely not legit! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Been having nothing but trouble with this company. I been calling about the trouble I'm having and the lady named Indeaso she saud was her namehung up on me. They say they have no idea why it takes two weeks to get my statements but as soon as they don't get tgere money there sending me letters do to the fax. How can you give an excuse of there not the post office & they have no idea why it takes so long. But then its a different story when they only give you a week to get the money back to them. Would not recommend this company.

I am not happy with this company at all. They placed a lien on our home, without our knowledge and we have now paid off the loan and are waiting for the lien to be released. I cannot reach anyone, ever, just an automated attendant. I sent the payoff/lien release by fax, as requested. Still no response and no payoff/lien release. I would like to give negative stars. UPDATE: They finally did send the lien release and everything worked out.

Be aware they do not report you payment history to all credit reporting agencies. Had a 20K loan thru them. And paid it off. Doesn't show on our credit history.

The absolute worst scam. Avoid like the plague!

Got windows through pinnacle home improvement and financed through homeplus finance, was never told by pinnacle or homeplus that they put a lien on my house untill i tried to refinance and couldn't this is absolute bs, and trying to get ahold of these people is a joke, they have an automated system and you can't get a hold of them, worst company and customer service ever, if i knew this ahead of time i would NEVER EVER HAVE USED THESE PEOPLE, BUYER BEWARE.
