My family has come to Homestead since I was a child and my immediate family has driven all the way from down in Rensselaer to come back to them. My experience with my new adoption has been no different. Everyone who works here clearly has a passion for helping animals, and does so in a way that helps to put our furry friends at ease, and gave me confidence in their abilities. An absolute 10/10 experience, that I can guarantee my little black lab will not be fearful of, rather happy to go see her friends!
Great experience! The staff was amazing! I felt very comfortable and welcomed there. There was barley a wait time. They got us right into room. They were fast with estimates! And helped give great recommendations! I am so happy I choose them for our Vet
We have have received amazing service from Dr Butler and the entire staff. Our previous lab was kept pain free and comfortable until she passed at 15 1/2 years old. Today our new 3 month old puppy had her first visit and the same great service continues. Worth driving the extra miles to use Homestead!
I took my 13 year old cat to Homestead for some hair loss and weight loss. We had Dr Darren and he was wonderful! Easy to talk to, explained everything, and came to some very reasonable treatments that were both cost effective, and minimally invasive for the cat. We will be going back there again to follow up!
What a great office! It's very clean and organized with cute personal touches. They were very kind and attentive and my cat Monty seemed to be very comfortable during the exam, and he seems to be on the mend now. Thank you for taking such good care of Monty!
The doctors and staff at Homestead Animal Hospital are all professionals but more than that they are all dog people. People who bring in their pets are concerned about their health and well being. The staff and doctors assure us that all is taken into consideration. Good people.
Everyone is great! I have worked in the vet med field for years, and unfortunately had an accident that required surgery and I can no longer work with animals. The doctors are caring, and generally interested in you as a person. They all handled my great dane and senior cat with great care. Highly recommend!!
Folks there were very receptive to the urgency of my dogs situation. I called Saturday at noon and they were able to get me in first thing Monday morning. Very clean, efficient and thorough. My other vet put me over a week out...I've got a new vet. Thank you Homestead! Izzy Battaglino
Gloria was quite well behaved and relaxed which is a different behavior from other veterinary offices that we have visited in the past. So, i think that your office has VERY high marks from both of us and I thank you for your kindness and efficiency, from the front desk to the vet techs and to the doctor. I will be sure to recommend you to my daughter, my friends, my staff and my patients. it is good to know that there exists a veterinary clinic that still has the personal touch. Our first visit at Homestead was very welcoming. The staff and techs are very caring and knowledgeable. Dr. MacNaughton was excellent, welcoming and answered all of our questions. Looking forward to many years with this animal care.
