Not only does this place give great shade and walk about trail, but when you have it to yourself, you can play football Playground: Small for kids only!
This is a great outdoor space with a large grass area, plenty of picnic tables, a wooded area, and a small playground. The playground seems best for kids under 8. Smallish slide and play structure. No swings.
What a great resource for the community. Perfect shade on a hot day and the rhododendron in late May and early June are incredible and vibrant.
Really pretty and well-maintained city park. It's just a small city block, but landscaped with small trails through trees. Great for a quick dogwalk. We stop there to stretch our legs on our rare long drives to Whole Foods just down the street. Playground: Equipment appears updated Dog-friendliness: Just enough elevation and soft dirt trail for an older or smaller or slower dog
Nice park to basically lay down on the grass and look at the beautiful scenery, nice grass area, the memorial trees are amazing. There are bathrooms
It's a small park with wonderful trees. I'm from Oklahoma and love all the pine trees! Many of the plants are marked with what they are. I can't wait for Spring to see the blooms on the bushes. Picnic area: Picnic tables around the play area
Nice little park. I want to try to catch it with Rhodies blooming more.
It's too bad the city of University Place has taken away the parking lot and remove the already shoddy ADA accessibility
Quiet, cool. Well kept. Playground for young children. Dog friendly. Picnic tables and benches throughout. Nice green grass. Always leave it better than when you came.
It's incredibly small, but kids will still love it. Apart from the toys there's a small field area, and also a short walking path filled with lots of beautiful flowers. Trees surround this whole area, so it's in the shade most times. Great in the summer, but can make it pretty chilly at other times.
