The distribution channel challenge is real! Ordered this sofa back on June 3rd; it just arrived September 22nd. Sam at Homestyle was very accommodating throughout the process from beginning to end. He was upfront that online pricing was better than in store. Sam was understanding about my ambivalence in waiting for the sofa to arrive or whether to cancel for a full refund. I’m glad that I waited and so delighted to get the call that it arrived after 12+ weeks. It is a wonderful chenille contemporary queen sleeper sofa in an attractive smoke gray with two throw pillows. It feels good to the touch and the mattress for the pullout is comfortable. I would order again from this store. Sam and others were very courteous during the pick up process and the sofa was packaged and well protected for shipping. Highly recommended for your furniture needs.
Sam did an excellent job being patient with me, considering it was my first time purchasing furniture. Not sure with what I was wanting, and constantly changing my mind, he was still very kind, patient and professional. He was very considerate of my wants and made every effort to help me find what I needed. I would highly recommend!
Great , fast and friendly service !! I came in last week looking for a bed set and soon as I came in the door the associates were ready to help. I was in the store for no more than 20 minutes. Everyone works with you, your budget and the environment is friendly. That was my first time shopping there and it was wonderful. Highly recommend.
I was looking for a bedroom set for awhile because I’m super picky and they helped me find the perfect one! I love it and am so thankful they went beyond to help me. Very good, affordable material that I know will last.
Homestyle is always my furniture store of choice. My last experiences in Homestyle were top tier. Brittney was very helpful and knowledgeable. She served as a great resource. I will definitely be returning to Homestyle for all future furniture needs. Highly recommended!
Received damaged furniture and Sam from Pinebluff was VERY disrespectful on the phone while I’m trying to explain to him that I wasn’t aware that I have to return that heavy dresser and also pick up the new one. I feel if the company gave it to me damaged.. they should come get it and bring the new one. He was yelling over me and kept saying the company policy but didn’t tell me none of this when he was ordering the replacement. He’s VERY unprofessional..
This place impressed me very much, being a place with every brand of furniture even higher end brands that I've seen at bigger & more well known places in town. While being helpful and attentive, it wasn't overbearing like a couple other spots I've visited one starts with an "A" & another w/ "C" that make you feel like a baby zebra on the plains being attacked by a pride of lions. Definitely worth a look if you're in the market for new furniture etc.

I LOVE GOING TO HOMESTYLE. They prices are reasonable, and they service is so excellent. And the worker’s are friendly & also good looking lol but i definitely recommend Homestyle for ur home needs. If your crib jacked up, homestyle is ur place to be.
Awesome staff!! Brittney a worker there made my experience ten times better. I will recommend this fine establishment to all of my friends and family. 10/10 for costumer services!!!!!
