Hometown Family Denistry

I’ve been a client of Hometown Family Dentistry for over 20 years, so this in itself clearly speaks to my overall satisfaction. The hygienists have changed often over the years, but overall have been very professional and thorough. My dentist Dr.Kaltz has been handling things superbly for me for well over a decade! The front office folks are generally efficient and understanding. I have defected once or twice over the years, but always return knowing that HFD is one caring and well run dental office!

After visiting several dentist's offices I was so lucky to come upon Hometown Family Dentistry ... Been very pleased with the staff...always very caring and helpful... Great care and would definitely recommend... Give them a call and schedule a appointment.....

I originally came in for a teeth cleaning and ended up needing a filling. The office staff were friendly and helpful. After my filling, I did end up needing antibiotics to kill the bacteria fully. Several weeks later I experienced increasingly severe pain and after speaking with the owner was able to come in again despite them not being covered by my insurance. They were able to file down my filling and after three days that seems to have corrected the pain I was experiencing. I ran into some hiccups around what was possible which led to a delay in coming in, given the insurance issue, but overall I'm pleased with my experience.

really great experience every time I go here. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, and always seems willing to go that extra step to make you feel comfortable. the dentist himself is a great dentist and a nice guy, he's got a good mix of stressing how important it is to take care of the teeth without coming off as preachy or judgmental. all the work I've ever had done here was excellent and very reasonably priced. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

the lovely woman who cleaned my teeth was so nice and consistently checked in to make sure i was okay, however when i was inspected by the lead dentist, he was very rude and made me so wildly insecure about my teeth that i literally cried after, i don’t think you should be talking to your clients like that especially when there are a lot of young people who struggle with anxiety. our family has decided to switch dentists after MULTIPLE cases of this, to both me and my sisters. they overcharge and only apologize for it later. highly and strongly disappointed in my hometown family dentist experience. so glad i will save myself tears and immense insecurity by migrating to a different dentist. shoutout to the woman who cleaned my teeth.

This is my first time coming to this dentist. I had a dental emergency and was put in the same day. The dentist was gentle,his assistant was very personable. The front desk staff are very professional and welcoming. I had no issues from beginning to end. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone, especially for those a bit nervous. The dentist is very calm and patient and is very thorough in explaining everything before and after.

Review update January 3, 2022 Another excellent experience with a routine cleaning & checkup visit. The hygienist Vickie was outstanding -- great communication, thoroughness, and a very pleasant attitude. --- Review update June 28, 2021 I had another routine cleaning & checkup visit today. The visit went well. The wait time of 20 minutes was a little more than I had in the past, but I caught a quick nap sitting in the comfortably cool waiting room. The hygienist Youngsun did an excellent job that was thorough but also as little discomforting as possible. The front desk staff was efficient as usual. --- I have visited four times so far, all for routine cleaning and exam. In all visits so far, wait time was very short to none, and the staff was always friendly and efficient. Special shout out to Stephanie ? who has been especially thorough and effectively communicative in her dental hygienist practice, noticeably more so than all other hygienists I have encountered elsewhere.

I have been going to this dentist office for many years and would highly recommend coming here. Every hygienist I've had has been warm and friendly and Dr. Kaltz is thorough and easy to talk to. My father recently switched to Hometown and they have done extensive work to his teeth and his smile has greatly improved! He also raves about everyone in the office.

My family dentist had retired and I needed a new dentist. I went here on the recommendation of my boyfriend. I had a great experience at this practice; the staff and the dentist were warm and friendly and very professional; they also worked with me on a plan to pay for my treatment. I will definitely keep coming back here.

Hometown Family Dentistry's staff are absolutely wonderful. They are extremely accommodating and have great hours. My son, who is 12yrs old, loves when it's time for a cleaning. Now tell me what kid loves to go to the dentist?! Just a testimony to their wonderful patient service!
