Very nice, clean, great breakfast, everything else was fine, great pool. We loved it there ..until I realized that I had left my camera Tripod in the room. I called them after arriving home, and I was told they didn’t have. The management should train their staff some honestly and morals.. It was not an expensive material yet I had to write this …and give one star so that staff who cleaned my room gets counseled and always return the lost and founds ..
Really confused as to how this hotel is rated so high. Upon check in we were greeted by a very friendly helpful gentleman at the desk. The lobby wasn’t exactly inviting. Floors were not as clean as I would’ve expected being this hotels rating. As we walked to our room we noticed the carpets were very dirty, there was a foul odor in the hallways and the rooms were mediocre. Definitely not as clean as I would’ve expected. We were there for 2 weeks, until our house became ready. Our room had an odor of stale old dirty carpet. I had to light a candle every time we were in the room. Very unpleasant. Housekeeping comes to clean only every 4 days and in the 2 weeks we were there only 1 gentleman noticeably cleaned the room. The same stains and debris on the lobby & hallway floors were there until we checked out. Breakfast is your basic hotel breakfast. First Homewood Suites we’ve stayed at that didn’t have a waffle maker. The waffles are already prepared and by the time you get them they’re hard as a rock. So, we just made our own breakfast in the room. The gym was quite disappointing… sanitize wipes not stocked, towels not stocked and basket of dirty ones full, 3 cardio machines, and half the rack of weights are gone. When I asked the young lady at the desk where the 5-20lb weights were she said nonchalantly “someone stole them.” As a traveling family with children we enjoy Homewood suites, however this one was very disappointing. As Hilton honors members we expected more. Great location though! Fantastic mall + dining just minutes away!
absolutely filth. we booked 3 nights at this location as we read great reviews on the booking site. carpeting is dirty and so is the furniture in the rooms. dishwasher have food leftover in the drain area. it truly speaks volumes about the housekeeping staff and its management. WARNING!! beware of the pull out sofa. lots of sharp edges. during our visit they had three trailers from the cdc doing some kind of nutritional study. I've never seen anything of the kind before. I can't wait to get the heck out of this dump. so much for the "Hilton" brand.
Very VERY disappointed in this hotel. First of all the rooms and carpets are very worn and outdated. Then about 2:30pm the power went out. I waited a few minutes thinking the generator would kick in and everything would be fine but that was not the case. After 12 HOURS with no power I thought it only fair to ask for a refund at least partial for the one whole night without power. I mean WHY Hilton doesn't have a generator for power outages is BEYOND me!! I understand it was not their fault that the power was out but it was not mine either so I think they should compensate some! I put a complaint in with corporate and we will see what happens.
Reasonably clean rooms. Sofa beds definitely needs a makeover. The front desk lady Colleen & overall service was great. A very kind gesture by Colleen will be remembered forever where she personally delivered food to my room for my mom while I was away. Very kind Rooms: Sofa beds need a makeover
Rooms are tired and dated. Pillows are very flat. No daily service unless requested, or unless you have an extended stay. Some guests had very brown water coming from tub/shower. One morning, no cold water. Breakfast during weekdays was wonderful and hot.Rooms: 3/5
great service! Love the complementary breakfast! Just one thing about the room -- the air from the AC/heating system is sort of unpleasant. was keeping the AC/heating off during my stay. Luckily the windows can be partially open and the weather is just right -- not too hot or too cold.Rooms: 3/5
