I have over 25 years of legal experience, including but not limited to, as a former Assistant District Attorney, former Judge and as an attorney in matters of criminal law, personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, guardianships, probate of wills, juvenile law and more. The WORST experience anyone fighting in a family court could go through. Starting from the personnel never answering or calling back after several messages, the niece answered once and when I told her my name she thought she put me on hold and cursed me out to the attorneys assistance when she heard my voice she hung up, I sent an email regarding this un professionalism and was told “she’s young” for the amount of money we pay we deserve quality professionalism. The assistant was out a lot of times so I would have to call and call and call to get simple updates that should of been relayed to me without my persistence and then I was told because of her medical condition she was out so it was hard for any follow ups. I basically payed for someone to stay quiet the entire court session, I presented all the documents I provided and did my research, even then MY DECREE was WRONG! When I mentioned my 10 year old was listed as an adult disabled man and my 17 year old listed as a youth disabled child I was ignored, I sent proof via email no response. I have 3 kids NONE are disabled not sure where this even came from. The entire form caused the child support to question the decree so my children have not received support since October 2022, pending to go back to court with more court fees to have the decree he messed up fixed. But the firm refuses to take ownership nor respond to at least say no I will not help since I’ve been paid in full. I couldn’t even get the firm to help remove themselves from the child support office cause as you all may know you cannot request info if you had a lawyer on file, multiple times I requested them to remove themself since they stated they had nothing else to do until the third time did the assistant respond that paperwork was submitted to remove themselves. It was to say the least a nightmare to be represented by this firm. I do not recommend at all means. I wish I had a better experience but glad I won my case at least, no thanks to the firm. I have proof of all this in emails if not I would not have stated any of this. People please do your research and spend your money elsewhere or you’ll end up like me back in court for paperwork issues that I was told should have been fixed by the initial attorney that was paid for a service they did not provide. Anyone wants proof send me a message I have all the screenshots plus my latest communication that was ignored. It’s truly sad how someone can take advantage after we let them in to our lives to help with the issues we are facing, and not help for free but a big payout.
I was lost when my grandmother passed away without a will. I was referred to Attorney Robles by a good friend of mine that works as a Bailiff at the Brownsville Courthouse because I needed an attorney that was honest, compassionate towards my family and that would get the job done as painless as possible. Mr. Robles guided me every step of the way and had my brother and myself best interest as his number one priority. He always took the time to explain things we did not understand and gave the best advice when things would come up that we weren't sure how to handle. I will definitely refer him and his colleagues to my family, friends or anyone going through a legal situation and don't know where to even start. He has handled two different cases for me simultaneously in reference to death without a will. He has taught me you can't take things for granted and I will definitely be going back to him to start handling my own affairs such as a living will, power of attorney, etc. These are things alot of people don't think about or think they are still young and put off, but you never know when something can happen and having these kind of things in place make it so much easier on the family and your final wishes documented legally will keep emotional decisions from happening and possibly later being regretted. Thank you Mr. Robles and your staff for being by our side for for the past few years and I'm looking forward to working with you in the near future.
Couple of years ago he helped me get custody of my son. He's very knowledgeable and was the only one to defend me when all others attorneys turn me down and made me feel like I didn't have a chance but Mr Robles fought for me and helped me get my son. I'm glad I'm able to recommend him to my friends with no hesitation.

I not only recommend attorney Daniel Robles, but I guarantee once you have used his service you too will look no further. He responds in an extreme timely matter, he is a very knowledge, trustworthy person. There is no other attorney that will work as hard for you. Judge Robles assisted me with my child custody case and child support case, which we won! He is such a wonderful attorney, absolutely fantastic and I could not have been happier with hiring him to fight for me and my daughter. I highly recommend! Thank you Mr.Robles!!
If there was a lower rating I would give it, Mr. Robles might be very experienced but his skills in the courtroom are the worst I have ever been exposed to. He made a lot of promises when he was hired and didn't deliver on one. He didn't defend me in court, he didn't contest any of the allegations or try to fight for me as his client. I ended up having to mediate my case due to his lack of assertiveness during trial, his guidance and actions has been criticized by every attorney I have consulted. Due to his ineptitude, my legal fees have doubled and I will have to backtrack to fix the damages he caused. If you are looking for an attorney in a contested case, this is not the attorney for you. He doesn't fight for his clients, he only knows how to settle, and you'll end up with a lot less than you would've gotten if you had hired a competent attorney. If this is the attorney your opposition is hiring, you are probably going to win your case.
Very Informative and Great Communication. Mr. Robles explains everything to you in detail and does not tell you what you want to hear. He tells you like it is. His rate was very reasonable and I am very satisfied with his services. He helped me with my case and got it dismissed. I never had a hard time getting a hold of him or had him avoiding me like 90% of other attorneys. Thank You Mr. Robles!!
