The Honey Brook Fire Company provides fire and rescue services to Honey Brook Boro, Honey Brook Township and parts of Salisbury and Caernarvon Twp's
The Honey Brook Fire Company has been serving the Tri-county area of southeastern Pennsylvania since 1892. We provide Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Medical Service (EMS) primarily to Honey Brook Borough and Honey Brook Township and a portion of West Nantmeal Township in Chester County as well as portions of Salisbury Township and Caernarvon Township in Lancaster County.
We also provide mutual aid to numerous fire companies in Chester, Lancaster, and Berks counties. The Honey Brook Fire Company is a combination company whereas we have Career Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT's) manning an ambulance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Volunteers supplement the career EMS staff as well as fully staff the fire apparatus.
In 120 years since our beginning many things have changed but one issue has remained the same... the dedication of our organization to render aid to our community when help is needed. Throughout the years our membership has strived to provide the best possible services available through in depth and detailed training, high quality equipment, numerous fundraising efforts, and a willingness to go the extra mile to make our organization second to none. With many members in our organization having varied backgrounds from all aspects of life we truly are:
"Diverse in Life United in Effort"
“The Mission of the HONEY BROOK FIRE COMPANY #1 is to minimize
the loss of life and property resulting from fire, medical emergencies
and other disasters through prevention, education, fire suppression,
emergency medical service and emergency preparedness.”
This will be accomplished in the most cost effective manner with maximum
utilization of available resources, never sacrificing the safety of our members.
