I can't say enough good things about Debbi and Embassy Travel. First, I think people forget the value of travel agents. Using her knowledge of the industry and resources, Debbi was able to find my family a great resort for Spring break, although it was pretty much last minute. The great thing about Debbi and Embassy is that they're there for you in case you need them while on your vacation. They really care about making people happy with their trips. I'll definitely be contacting Embassy Travel again for the next time I travel.
Debbi is thorough, she takes the time to explain things, is professional, thoughtful and very knowledgeable about the travel industry. We feel reassured that our trip will be pleasant and enjoyable.
