Dr. Crawford Is Best most thorough and knowledgeable doctor I’ve been to in quite a while. To my surprise after my last visit I had a follow up phone call from him personally to ask how the medications he prescribed were working. It’s nice to know that the doctor you see actually cares about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Crawford.
I wouldn't even give them one star at this point! My Mother is so incredibly sick and had to go down to the valley for care and ALL she needed was a referral for a specialist from her PCP, Dr. Edmond Baker, and the office nor the doctor, could even be responsible enough for their patient, to send it. My mother is unable to travel back up north to BE SEEN for the SAME health issue she has already been seen for previously! AND you can't just send the referral over, even with insurances and other doctors telling the office/Doctor that my mother needs to be seen AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Terrible!! Don't take chances with your health is my suggestion!
I'm from out of town. I came down with strep throat on a Friday night and had to wait till Monday to call Honor Family Healthcare. Monday came, I called them when they opened up, and they were actually able to see me an hour and half later. Everyone I spoke to there were super friendly and professional. I would definitely come here again.
Needed a refill. Forgot to ask my provider during my visit. Called and left message on Thursday. By Tuesday still no refill. Stopped by the office in hopes to pick one up. Was told I would have to wait till end of day after doc had seen all his patients after I had waited over an hour. Told them that was not acceptable since I had been waiting since last week. NEVER did get the refill or script.
