I loved this place. Recovering from surgery sucks and the kind, competent, and compassionate staff made the whole experience much better. Food is great. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities were clean. Although the place functions as a hospital, they did a great job still making the place feel comfortable and safe. I don't often have surgery. But, if I did . . .

Easy and kind check-in. Courteous and prompt nurses during outpatient procedure. Overall an outstanding experience!

Had surgery here 10 times recently. The entire staff is great! Everytime I'm not worried or concerned, I know they got this. From the time you check in till you are wheeled out, A+++ care. What's truly nice to see is the level, consistency, and standard of care. It doesn't fluxuate based on the day or the time. It's consistent through-out!! Iris, Teri, Diane, Kathy & staff A++

the staff was amazing, and sweet. the jonny they give you has heated air that flows through it to make you warm and comfortable. the facilities are very clean, and everything they have to offer their patient are top of the line. also, their wheelchairs are lay-z-boys that lay completely flat if you need them to! if you need a procedure done here, consider yourself very lucky!

I wasn't even a patient, I was a guest of one.. Never have I ever been treated so great!! Caren was SUPER helpful and friendly. Every single one of the Staff made me feel included in my girlfriends surgery and recovery. If I could rate 10/10, I would rate this place 20/10

Had back surgery here in July 2017 and had a great 23 hour stay. The admin, surgical and nursing staff were amazing. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they apparently contract with "Dura Medic LLC", out of Texas, to supply patients with medical devices such as slings, foot boots and in my case a elastic/velcro waistband see pic. My waistband was generic and had no labeling of any kind. The problem is that Dura Medic bills seperately for the "device". They don't bill your insurance and want payment in full. They billed me for $136, or about a 1000% markup from the price at Walgreens $10-$12. I have BCBS for insurance and they will not deal with Dura Medic. When I spoke with the horrible billing department they informed me that the cost for the item was $136 and that my insurance paid $65, so I owed $136. Somebody must have skipped out on math class? I think they may be purposely billing the patient for the whole amount and once paid, they bill the insurance. Sounds like Fraud to me. Check out their better business/google and Yelp complaints. There are numerous patients that have been duped by Dupa Medic. ALWAYS ask if the items the hospital is using is covered by your insurance.

Among its several areas of specialization, the Greenbaum surgery center excels in all aspects of care related to cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. This facility is part of the larger Scottsdale Healthcare system and is on the campus of Osborn Medical Center, a full-service hospital. It’s also located right across the street from my office. I have been performing surgery at Greenbaum since I opened my practice in Scottsdale because I think it offers the safest environment for my patients. I perform plastic surgery procedures at the Greenbaum Surgical Specialty Hospital. As an accredited facility, it must meet stringent local, state, and national standards for a comprehensive list of issues, including safety, equipment, sanitation, and personnel. I think it offers the best of both worlds: although Greenbaum was designed primarily for outpatient procedures, it also has 26 private recovery rooms that can be utilized for short stays if necessary.

Staff, Doctors, Nurses, Anesthesiologists, Receptionist, etc. Everyone was AMAZING & MADE YOU FEEL that THEY TRULY had the PATIENTS & FAMILY MEMBERS UNDER THE BEST CARE! "THANK YOU, THANK YOU" from the Bottom of OUR HEARTS for Caring & taking that "DEADLY CANCER OUT" of MY lil SISTER......

Worse experience in my life. 4 surgeries in 2 yrs, different facilities and every one had horrible post op errors. ³NeverAgainHonorHealth

The staff was kind and compassionate. I was very comfortable in my unexpected overnight stay. The food is to die for!
