My mom spent her last 30 hours at this hospital. I rushed from out of state to be with her. Neither the doctors nor I knew this would be her last hours. This is absolutely the nicest, calmest, most beautiful hospital I’ve ever been in. The front desk personnel was so helpful, patient and kind. The nurses and attendants were so friendly, helpful and respectful to my mom. The doctors were expert and very good to my mother. The menu for food was expansive and looked delicious. Due to the lovely environment, and kind and trustworthy doctors, nurses, and attendants my mom felt very calm and safe there, which brings me comfort. The single room was very large and comfortable. The doctor called me at 4 am to deliver the sad news that mom had died peacefully in her sleep. That doctor was so kind and gentle and answered all my questions with sensitivity and patience. Soon after, I talked to the nurse who also was so sensitive, kind, and helpful about what to do next. I do not know their names, but they were very comforting to me and it gives me great comfort to this day that she had them taking care of her and literally at her bedside when she passed. My mom and I had a lovely last day together, and this hospital’s environment and care were an important part of that.
I had knee replacement surgery August 4, 2023. From the minute, I stepped into the doors of thompson peak, every little station that I stopped in on the way to the surgery prep room, it was an absolute happy experience. From the pristine organization and coordination, it was truly a perfect experience. These people love what they do, they're dedicated, they're kind and patient. If I had to do it again, I definitely would go back. I felt safe and cared for. The post surgery was amazing, thank you Honor health and Thompson Peak for the wonderful work that you do in helping people get well. ARV
Excellent care! Compassionate staff on all levels! Every person who helped me was absolutely wonderful! …The bonus on top was the beautiful piano playing in the lobby. It gave a welcoming and calming touch upon entering the hospital, setting a positive tone for what turned out to be a positive experience, all things considered being in the hospital and all!.
Came in for issues with my eye and was extremely stressed out walking in. After seeing DR Garns I felt so relieved and relaxed after the great care I received. They were very nice and helpful and the ER nurse who helped me was also extremely nice and helpful. Quiet hospital that is very clean. Any issues I will be coming here for the future.
The staff at HonorHealth Scottsdale is phenomenal. They are there to help you while you are recovering. Everyone is friendly, respectful and they treat you well. They are efficient in their role as Nurse, Nurse Assistant, Therapist, and administration. After surgery, the staff was helpful with anything I needed. I highly recommend this organization for anyone's health needs. Overall it was a pleasant experience considering it was post surgery recovery.
Couldn’t ask for anything better. Nurses staff and doctors working together all on my behalf. Cheerful nice to be around and mostly made me feel comfortable during my surgery and after. I could recommend this to anybody is going to need surgery inpatient or outpatient
The care at Thompson Peak Honor Health Hospital was a good experience from the beginning of my husband 's surgery to the follow up home care. We were treated so well by everyone . The friendliness of everyone working there was top notch. The care from the nurses and doctors was impeccable. I can't express in words how good the whole experience was. .
Most professional team I have ever had!! Each knew their job. Treated with kindness and respect. Wish I could go there again, but they are booked out too far.
I took my mother to the ER. While sitting in the waiting room for 4 hours, I noticed that not one time did any staff sanitize the chair arms or tables where contagious people were sitting. The next evening, I had a temperature of 101.6. That would be a great full-time position for someone to watch after, when there’s a rotation of patients in and out of chairs, keeping the waiting room as sanitary as possible.
I have made appointments but when I take off work to be seen… nobody can find my appointments. I have sleep medicine I need to take. I tried to refill for over almost two weeks… nobody calls me back, returns calls, answers emails…. Nothing! It is obvious that they are not the professionals I had hoped for. Neglected clients is bad business. Im off to find a new doctor and medical office. Be careful if this is your provider!
