All around excellent experience.  I shattered the back glass on an iPhone and needed it replaced.  HG had what I needed in stock and were able to finish the repair the same day within an hour and a half of me dropping off the phone.  Not only that, they had several actual Apple OEM options in stock for me and their prices beat everyone else I checked.  I shopped around a bit before going to HG and ultimately am extremely happy with my decision to choose them.

front screen was broken & they replaced it for a reasonable price! thankful for em fr got it back the same day b4 they closed.they even set me up with a glass screen protector! felt super blessed

Both customer service as well as services provided were exceptional.  I had a microphone replaced in my galaxy and have had no issues since. Can't even tell they were in the phone. Price was reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend.

I bought my MacBook Pro from these guys about 2 years ago and they were nothing but awesome to me. Every once in a while, my mac will have an issue and they’ll fix it every time. Super friendly, and assist you with anything you need done.

First I went to cricket but they wanted me to do a bunch of extra steps, but here they have so many good deals for iPhones and Samsungs they will have you in and out in at least 30 minutes. Super friendly people they even helped me put my sim card into my new phone and ran out to my car because I almost forgot my new charger lol. Definitely recommend here and will be coming here again!

Bought a pre-owned MacBook for my college age daughter. There was a minor issue with the keys and these folks jumped all over it and got it fixed with a same-day turnaround. Super easy to communicate with and provided excellent service after the sale. Great place to do business with and I highly recommend them.

Really nice folks there. I needed an iPad screen in kind of an emergency. Just the part. They hooked me up without charging me too terribly much. It was marked up for sure, but they didn't have to even sell it to me. Especially seeing as how I'm one of their competitors not that they're worried about my little biz.  So really, it was pretty cool of them. Thanks alot HG!
