We custom design long, unique, fashion hoodies, tunics, sweatshirts and dresses made to wear with leggings. Made from soft, quality fabrics such as cotton knit blends and cotton sweatshirt fleece.
Laura and I (Deedie) have been BFF's for a long time now, and somewhere along the line, we were both nicknamed Margaret & Margaret, so if ya hear the name Margaret, it could be either one of us! In fact, it was suggested that we name our shop Margaret & Margaret or the 2 Margarets!
I've always loved clothes and may be considered a shopaholic. Margaret (Laura) was always the creative one. She draws, paints, sews, lays tile...you name it, she can do it. So we decided to put our concept to the cloth!
Margaret and I love our leggings but at our age, we want and need long tops to cover up some things. We are tired of not-quite-long-enough tops and thin, not-so-warm tops with fabrics that are not-of-the-best-of quality.
Since we love our sweatshirts and hoodies (because they are so soft and comfy) in Kentucky...we decided to design our own tunic length, all season, high quality, sweatshirt hoodie to wear with our leggings. They are made of medium to lightweight quality cotton sweatshirt jersey fleece so they won't be so bulky. Unlike ordinary hoodies or sweatshirts, we consider them fashionable.
