Hoopla Frozen Yogurt of Greece Ridge Mall

The froyo and bubble tea here is amazing! At least, when they are open. I went in to get a mango bubble tea at 7:15pm when they close at 9. Doors were locked and a little girl who was already inside opened the door and the girl behind the counter told me they were closed. 10 second prior to getting to the door a young couple went in and were being served. I was told they were closed again and I left. The next day I called to check to make sure the hours posted were correct and I was informed that one of the associates was badly injured and had to go to the hospital immediately. I can understand an employee getting hurt and needing to leave. However, 1. There was a family casually sitting inside eating already and no one was helping the associate who was "Injured". 2. A couple had walked in 10 second previous and was being served. 3. Neither of the girls working were "frazzled" as the manager, Rosa, said. One girl was putting away the items on the counter and in the "bar" and the other was taking the couple's order who walked in before me. The atmosphere given off seemed to be that it was the first nice day in a while and the girls just wanted to leave. If an associate was injured then I feel sorry for her but there was absolutely zero indication that anything was wrong. I hate giving them a terrible review because, as stated the froyo and bubble tea is the best around. Which is why I opted to give one star. And all prior times I have great service which is why I come back. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't know if I will be returning.

Machines always work well here and the flavors are great. The topping bar is well stocked to. The decor in furniture of the place is colorful adding to the energetic vibe of the place. Love going here

Ok yogurt, not worth the price You can get the same consitency ice cream with better flavor from wegmans for a tenth of the price

Great place for frozen yogurt and they have great deals such as all you can eat for 1 price.

Best bubble tea around. Try the mango or raspberry peach bubble tea. You wont regret it :
