The Hoover-Minthorn House Museum is dedicated to country doctors and as the boyhood home of the 31st United States President Herbert Hoover. The museum is owned and maintained by The National Society of The Colonial Dames of America.
Located in Newberg, Oregon, the Hoover-Minthorn House Museum was the boyhood home of Herbert Hoover, the 31st President of the United States, where he lived with his uncle and aunt, Dr. John and Laura Minthorn, from 1885 to 1888.
