It begins with a determination in the heart that says enough is enough and it becomes success when that determination turns into the dedication needed to persist to the end. I am passionate about keeping functionally fit. Fitness is necessary for everyday life. We all expect our bodies to lift,stand,step, bend, walk and much more. Therefore, the stronger our bones,muscles and joints are the more productive we are and the quality of life we experience is much greater because we can actively participate. It is my belief that you can challenge and move your body beyond what you think at any age. Keeping a healthy balance of activity and good nutrition are two of the ingredients to living a productive life.
As an I.S.S.A. Certified Personal Trainer, passing on knowledge, open communication, and mutual respect is what will make our professional relationship work.
