Our son who is 3 attended the summer camp and LOVED it. We are now enrolling him here for the school year. Everyone is beyond attentive, the kids are always having fun and go outside often. I highly recommend them for preschool and summer camp! Thank you to the staff!
Love their yearly pumpkin patch and fall activities. Great spot for photos and families. Liked that they added more food vendors this year. Fee for the pumpkin patch can now be paid in cash or card. Happy Halloween from your friendly neighborhood Spiderman .
Amazing place me and my family we love it!
Absolutely love this pumpkin patch! I have been coming here since my son was born. Now that he is in school, his school goes as a field trip and of course I go to! They put together a nice little agenda for the kids. The kids absolutely love it every year as if they weren't there the year before. They play a pumpkin game, do an obstacle course, then there is story time with a snack included and last but not least they get to have fun in the pumpkin patch and take pictures. I love coming here!!!
This has become a yearly tradition for the kiddos, we love visiting and picking out a couple of pumpkins for our home decorations each year. Plus it feels great giving back to the church. Great work by all who arrange this each year! Thank you
I would like to comment on a situation that occurred earlier today whereas my wife, a Christian who loves God above all, went through at the parking lot of this church. It's important to mention that she also works in the medical field and has been in the frontline against the Covid-2019 from day one. As a matter of fact, she was trying to get to a patient's home to care for this elderly lady, and she was fully dressed in her nurse uniform. Being that her GPS froze suddenly, she pulled over by the parking lot of this church, whereas we attended some services for a while a few years back, in order to reset the GPS and avoid a possible accident in the process. She pulled over to a parking space that was empty and is apparently reserved for church and/or school personnel, since there is a school in the premises as well. Almost immediately, a very agitated lady came by and told my wife she could not park there, that the parking space was only to be used by church and school personnel. My wife explained, with her engine still on, that she only needed a maximum of two minutes to reset her GPS and leave This lady very rudely advised that it did not matter, she couldn't park there not even for a minute and had to go to the Publix parking lot if she needed to park for anything. Very shocked by such an un-Christian reaction, my wife decided to simply leave and avoid a confrontation. She went to this Publix parking lot and after resetting her GPS, she called the church/school number to speak to someone about the incident. A male gentleman answered the call and confirmed he worked at the school and at the church. It's unknown what his name or position is... My wife explained that church, as we were taught since we were kids, was a place of refuge, an open-door place for God's children, of whose family we are all part of; and she was very disappointed how rudely she was treated as a person, professional and above all, a Christian by this lady. To her surprise, although this male person was not rude, he tried to explain his fellow colleague's behavior by saying that indeed nobody could park at that spot no matter what; implying that not even a lady, yes my wife is a lady!, with a simple need of two minutes of a safe spot could not be an exception to that rule. My wife just gave up and disconnected the call. Now, we, as Christians, are always trying to bring sinners and whatnots to Christ, and for that to happen, we must have Christ-like behavior. We must love our neighbor, we must set the example... We must do what Jesus Christ would do. It's not lost on us that this situation it's not an emergency per se, but it's a little situation that deserved a better outcome, a better assessment, a better attitude from anybody on Holy ground. In my opinion, it would be very disappointing in God's eyes if a non-Christian person came across these two persons who interacted with my wife today, and would be chased away with very un-Christian-like behavior and example. This is a little, tiny incident, but it speaks volumes on how nobody, let alone Christians, should represent a church and/or God. Apologies for the long posting God Bless you all!
If I could give less than a star as a rating I would. I came to one of the events to help pass out pumpkins for community service hours. Keep in mind that it’s very hot outside and pumpkins are very much heavy. So once the event finished, there are tables of pizza placed and cups of soda. After you receive your pizza, you are to collect a paper with the hours received depending on what time you got there. It was then my turn to get the paper with the hours. The lady giving out the papers asked me at what time did I get there and I said 4:00 pm and then she gave my paper to someone else. I did not complain and I stayed there waiting to get a paper. I was right in front of her and she continued to give out papers to the people around me. Then she asked me again since what time I was there and I said 4:00 pm, and she said you don’t have to scream at me, I know I may not look like an adult but I am one. I never once insulted her or screamed at her because I am not the type of person to speak badly to an adult. How could this woman speak to me like this? She should treat everyone respectfully. She has no right to be such a negative person, especially in a church. I am utterly disappointed with this church. She is OBVIOUSLY NOT FAITHFUL TO THIS RELIGION.
IT is beautiful. They have a lot of decorations and you can take a lot of pictures. The only thing I did not like was is that you have to pay $15 for face painting
Pastor Steward , he is great man and the church service is very uplifting. One of the things that I like about the Methodist church is that they like to help the people . That's something that you don't see in other churches. That's all I to say.
Beautiful place for babies and Kids
