So what I do is apply individual eyelashes. These are not the type that nail salons use that make your own lashes fall out. I apply 1 extension to one of your own lashes. The lash typically will stay on until the natural lash it is attached to, falls out. Your natural lashes generally stay attached for about 90 days but there is no way of knowing how old each lash is when I put an extension on so usually you will want to get a fill-in after about 4 weeks. Extensions come in all different lengths and different degrees of curl.
You can have a natural look, go glam with longer fuller lashes, or do cat eyes where the lashes are longer on the outer edge.
You can't get them wet for the 1st 24 hours but after that, they are completely water proof. The only thing you need to avoid is oils. Oils will break down the glue. So be careful with moisturizing soaps, and oil based make-up remover.
