I wish I could give them zero star but I can’t leave review without it . I came here for delivery receiver was good but there’s a fat guy at Scurity door is so rude and disrespectful. I think he don’t like his job. I just ask a question he told me you are doing argue with me . I don’t know what’s wrong with this guy . At least be respectful with others .
Quick unloading.. if ur on appointment time.. mask nd vest must, must have stamped aci for delivery ,clean washrooms,, staff is nice..
Absolutely ridiculous. Came here to pick up an empty. Security says I need a pass to leave with an empty trailer, guys in the shipping offices each insist I want the other shipping office, and nobody wants to actually listen or be helpful in any way.
If you came earlier then you have to wait until your appointment. Soo best is comes on appointment time never come early. 2 star is just for unloader they are quick. But office guys never gives you door before time.
I’ve never seen any lazy person in shipping like these guys. If you’re coming after 3 pm. The shipping guy is so lazy he’ll take 2 hours just to give you paperwork. I come here everyday and it’s same. Right now 12 guys are in front of me
I had the option to drop my backhaul load at company yard near mississauga.But i saw the reviews and thought oh well it must be quick unloading so just go and see hows it going. In fact i came 2 hour early, the staffs are very nice, and im getting unloaded as i write. This place is so nice. Everyone deserves a five star..
Not good place to visit i went there for live load and its takes so long 4 hours i waited then I thought I’ll go grab some food but they says till you can’t come back we’ll not start you loading is that make a sense we are human being doesn’t make a sense right
Yard is very systematic and security guards at the entrance are cooperative
No working security and dispatch
They had a backlog of like 3 weeks. Couldn't find shipments or trailers. Got fired for only working 1 of the 3 overtime shifts of a 3day weekend. Sam and Allen - 2 dipsh**s who aren't qualified to find Waldo in a "Where's Waldo" book. They're the supervisors
