Ordered a stone almost two years ago and paid in full. Still no Stone. Will not answer phone, office is never open. Contacting a lawyer to get refund. My mind is blown that a local business is doing this to us. My dad was in good health when ordered mom wanted to do everything in advance. He now has 5 months to live. The emotional torment he has put My mom through is criminal
A friend of mine used this place for his mother's headstone. She has been gone over a year and still no headstone. They will not answer calls or answer door at the business. This place and these pathetic people need to be shut down or something! You don't play with death or anything about it and they are doing so by stealing money from people who have already lost enough. They take their money and run on a promise of a headstone being made. That is sick and something needs to be done!
I DO NOT recommend this business to work with for Memorials. If possible I would rate it. -10 stars. I contacted Bobby Caraway back in December 2020, sent a check for full payment January 2015. FINALLY completed only after requesting a refund nearly a month ago. Does not answer phone, texts, emails. Non-Responsive business. Very poor customer service when dealing with a terrific loss to begin with.
I can not get Bobby or anyone to answer the phone. I need a date put on the headstone for my husband that passed away July 2021. I paid him in November. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. It is a shame that he is making a bad name for Atlanta, TX.
Very poor service does not answer calls we ordered a headstone with a vase and only got the head stone never once got told he set it up like he promised he would call us very bad service
Losing a loved one is a very hard journey. The marker is a tribute and memorial to that person. Bobby Caraway, Jr and Blake Caraway were so kind, compassionate and helpful in designing and helping our family to create exactly what we had envisioned for our loved one. They truly understand that this is also a part of the journey and their kindness will always be remembered .
Does not answer the phone. No one is at the office. Does not return messages. Did not do the work as promised. DO NOT USE!
When you are needing to purchase this you are already sad and Bobby is excellent at helping you through the process and understanding what is in your mind as to what you want
In My opinion not sure of this business, had to go Texarkana for service.
Bobby Caraway is so Patient with customers and so SWEET
