I switched our provider to Hopkinton Dental Associates over a year ago and couldn't be happier with the decision to do so. The office is conveniently located, the office staff is so friendly and accommodating, the provider team is professional and top-notch, and our actual appointments have been seamless. I really appreciate this team and highly recommend Hopkinton Dental Associates to anyone looking for a new dental provider.
I have been disappointed 3 times within one month about Dr. John Park and his office. 1st one can be ignored but 3 means there is something wrong with this office. 1 I received a bill from the office for 710 USD after my son’s cleaning, x-ray and sealant. It should be covered by my insurance %100 according to the dental office information. When I asked my insurance company, I learned they send me bills without contacting the insurance company. I have already asked them to the office to correct it. 2 I went to this office with tooth pain. Dr. Park checked my x-rays and informed me my number 3 and number 5 teeth have decayed and needed to be filled for pain. They gave me an appointment 1 month later and they informed me if there is a canceled appointment, they will contact me. Unfortunately, nobody called me and my tooth pain increased and increased. After he filled my both tooth, my pain increased more. When I asked Dr. Park He commented to me wait 2-3 weeks. I couldn’t sleep and lived with significant tooth pain so asked for referral to go for an endodontic. Endodontics informed me problematic tooth is number 4 not number 3 or number 5. Unfortunately, Because Dr. Park didn’t notice it I had to live in pain for 1 month. 3 there is two filling for my daughter. I asked cheaper option because of baby teeth them the office member informed me white filling is cheaper than silver and wrote the price of the cheaper option on the card. On filling day I asked to DR.Park to confirm he is doing a cheaper option. He confirmed with me and told me that this filling applies only to baby teeth not to adults. After receiving a bill from insurance I learned that white filling is more expensive than silver. I went to the office and asked him if he didn’t accept what he said and he told me I misunderstood. He offered to change the claim from a white one to a silver one but they didn’t do it instead they send me the same bill without any changes. I will pay this money but I can’t accept this I dishonest behavior against me. Neither the office member nor Dr. Park are not trustable to me.
Having your teeth cleaned is not necessarily a good time, but Connie and other hygienists in Dr Park’s office make it as good as possible. She is always professional, thorough and fun to be around,
I continue, after 20 plus years, to be grateful to have this skilled, knowledgeable team of professionals taking care of me and my family. Everything from crowns to invisiline to routine care has never been anything less than excellent. I would refer family and friends with complete confidence.
Dr. Park and hygienist Laura are the best in their respective fields that I have ever encountered over my many years! Excellent!
I actually changed dentists recently, and Dr. Park and his entire staff have been great! Really personalized service - they really listened to what I wanted in a dentist, and they won't try to sell you procedures and services you don't want or need!
