MMA-
Our MMA program is a blend of Jun Fan Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Lethwei Kickboxing, French Savate, Western Boxing, Greco-Roman and Freestyle Wrestling, Shooto, Filipino Dumog, Judo, Brazilian Jiu -Jitsu, Sambo, and Catch as catch can wrestling . It encompasses three areas: Kickboxing, Clinching and Grappling which focuses on Submission Wrestling, Submission Fighting and Self-Defense.
The focus of our MMA Program is to master basic techniques and drills, and have the ability to flow from position to position, escape each position and have both upper body and lower body submissions. Students develop through a progression of flow drills, techniques and unique training methods to build a strong and competitive MMA and Submission Wrestling game.
Our program is one of the most complete mixed martial arts programs anywhere. Taught in a safe, high energy training environment, it gives you one of the best and most effective workouts available. Mixed Martial Arts is loads of fun and will get you in the best shape of your life. Mixed Martial Artists are some of the most fit athletes in the world.
Submission Wrestling-
Our Submission Wrestling Program is a blend of Greco-Roman and Freestyle Wrestling, Shooto, Filipino Dumog, Judo and Brazilian Jiu -Jitsu, Sambo, and Catch as catch can wrestling.
Kickboxing-
Our Kickboxing program is a blend of Jun Fan Kickboxing, Muay Thai (Thai and Dutch), Lethwei Kickboxing, French Savate, Western Boxing.

One thing that separates our Martial Arts School from all of the others is that we have a specialized system (curriculum) that we teach. This Jiu-Jitsu/ No Gi Grappling system is one of the secrets to our team's success. Most Jiu-Jitsu/ No Gi Grappling, Thai Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts schools have no curriculum and basically the instructor teaches whatever may pop into their heads each night for class. We believe in setting short-, intermediate-, and long-term goals in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu / No Gi Grappling and Thai Boxing, and then putting a plan in place to reach each of these goals.We offer private or group lessons in Martial Arts (submission wrestling/ No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai kickboxing, and MMA).
