Bully environment, hostile workplace and wage theft are all things practiced and allowed at Horizon hospitality management as well as Suwanee Hospitality and Xama Hospitality! Do not work for or patronize their businesses!
Our stay with Hampton Inn Alpharetta, GA was a very wonderful adventure. The room was clean and smelled awesome. Tomeka Leaks was a magnificent hostess. She made our visit comfortable and enjoyable. She showed professionalization and made us feel very welcome in being there.
Please watch out for this Company. In dealing with them, they promised to check references of the candidates they sent me,but did not. They did no background check at all. I specifically ask them to make sure each candidate that they sent was qualified. Nothing was done to check credentials. What i paid for I what I received was too different things Sincerely Scott Everett
I would give this company zero stars because as the parent company or owner of Fairfield Inn suites in Acworth GA you would think the CEO Scott Samuelson or Xama Patel and Denisewould reach back out to me to resolve this matter and that hasn’t happened. My son was racially profiled by the manager Michelle Williams because he is black and when I called to report this terrible behavior nothing was done.
Horrible and unprofessional company all around!! Whenever it’s bad at the corporate level , trust it will be no goodness further down. The CEO is very unprofessional!! I would give no stars if it allowed me to
