Everyone here at Horizon Med Spa is absolutely fantastic! The vibe is so relaxing and it is truly an at home atmosphere. I love coming to see everyone for monthly facial needs. I recommend Horizon to all my friends and family!
I have been getting treatments at Horizon and have been very pleased! It is easy to schedule appointments and I get a reminder for my upcoming appointments. All the staff are very friendly and make me feel at home. Tamara explained the process at the beginning and talks to me the whole time to make sure I’m relaxed and comfortable. There are several other procedures I plan to take advantage of that they offer! I highly recommend Horizon Med-Spa to everyone!
I recently had a procedure at this facility and I would give an A++ experience satisfaction. The facility is super nice. Staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Ashley, Nurse Practitioner was able to answer all questions in a timely manner in a way that eased my mind and made me feel super comfortable. Dr Gimenez was super nice and even called me at home next day to check up on me. Tamera was also super sweet and helped ease my nerves and kept me smiling throughout the whole process. I cannot say enough great things about this medspa! Highly recommend to anyone looking for any services they provide!
I love this place. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite, the facilities are always clean and I feel that the services are fairly priced and effective. I would totally recommend Horizons to a friend!!
Ashley is absolutely amazing!! The staff are always welcoming and make you feel right at home. Ashley listens to my needs and gives her honest opinion. The procedure is easy and the results are astounding!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer procedures with State of the art equipment. Prices are very reasonable for the procedures and they offer Care credit if insurance doesn't cover it. They explain the procedures and recovery with great detail. Highly recommended.
Great knowledgeable and friendly staff. Tamara and Ashley take the time to make your visit pleasant. The Doctors are really attentive to all your needs and explain the procedures so you know exactly what the process will be. If you havent been then you need to try the new High Point location on 68 and you wont be disappointed.
The women there are nice and professional but I am honestly so disappointed with my results with kybella. Three rounds and several months later, there is no difference. Very disappointed because this is my biggest insecurity and I was assured I was a good candidate for this kind of procedure, that there would be results.
