Kim Howard answered the phone the first time I phoned and she answered tons of questions I had, she was polite to begin with and continued to be extremely polite and helpful throughout the entire process. The moving team she sent to our house on move day were on time, communicated every detail, protected our house well, worked quickly and we all had a great time because they were so awesome. An answer to many prayers actually. Using them and United was a sheer blessing all the way!! Spot on from beginning to the very end. Thank you all!
