I would definitely recommend Dave to a friend or family member!  He helped us sell a house recently.  He is patient and considerate of the sellers’ needs.  He helped us to get a good price and really looked out for needs.

I was working with another agent and went to go see the place at Lenape Way and put my offer in as soon as I left. My agent tried calling him and got no answer!! Once Nick answered he was made aware of it and was asked to wait, and he agreed. Well that didn't happen because he sold it without doing his part as an agent!!!! I guess it was anything for a quick buck in his pocket, without taking someone else into consideration!!!! Very UNETHICAL and RUDE on HIS part!!!!

I really enjoyed working with horning farm agency! I was always able to get in contact with my realtor for any information. I really appreciated how thorough horning farm agency was with the whole entire process. If you are looking to work with a good group of people that have your priorities and budget in mind I would strongly suggest working with horning farm agency!

Merle Eberly and the Horning Farm Agency did an OUTSTANDING job selling by auction my family's large tract of land that had been placed in a strict conservancy. Sharon Eberly took my initial call and after carefully listening to my needs, referred me to Merle Eberly. After meeting and interviewing Merle and learning about his years of experience in selling and auctioning land, farm, and residential properties, my family and I knew Merle and the Horning Farm Agency had the right skills to successfully sell our land. Throughout the entire process of preparing for the auction, Merle kept me fully informed, promptly answered all of my emails, calls, and texts, and contacted me whenever he had a question or an issue arose. His son Nick Eberly expertly handled the advertising and worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with his recommendations. I do not say this lightly: not only did we choose the right people to sell our land, but it was a privilege working with everyone at the Horning Farm Agency. The highest honor I can pay Merle is that he is an honest, very hard-working man who abides by his word and gives his very best effort all of the time. My family and I will be happy to work with Merle Eberly and the Horning Farm Agency in the future should we need a realtor or auctioneer.

I would highly recommend Hornings Farm Agency.  We had a very good experience working with them to sell our farm. Very nice, personable and professional to work with!
