Horse Country Shoe Repair

Do not come here with your belonging they will lie and butcher your shoes and argue with you about how they did nothing wrong. I came in Saturday and talked with the father and told him I needed my top of the shoe glued/ mended and he took both shoes and said he could fix the one shoe with the issue I was having . I came back Wednesday and he destroyed my Jordan’s by stitching the shoe that needed to be repaired but he also destroyed the other shoes that didn’t need to be repaired! So now I have a pair of Jordan’s that I paid $230 for that are now completely garbage. If he would have said he couldn’t fix them I wouldn’t have left them with him. He never mentioned he was going to sow my shoes let alone both of them. And when I confronted the son about this issue he tried arguing with me saying that his dad did say he was going to stitch my shoes but the son was never even there ok Saturday when I originally brought the shoe in! Why would I let him stitch my expensive Jordan’s to have stitching marks all over the front of my shoe? If I wanted my shoes stitched up I would have done it myself. Owners are argumentative, and non remorseful and could care less how I feel about how they destroyed my shows. DO NOT SHOP HERE. You’ve been warned!

Had them fix both of my steel toe work boots, excellent work. Very reasonable prices. The employees are extremely helpful, respectful, and kind. I won't be going anywhere else for my shoe repairs.

Manuel and Miguel are an absolute joy to work with. Superb craftsmanship on everything I bring them, extremely reasonable prices and the desire to please are rare qualities these days and these gentlemen are dedicated to that standard. My tall boots needed tailoring, calf widening, not a simple job. They look as though they were never touched. Amazing and beautiful work. I took a long suede coat in to have the shoulder pads removed hoping to modernize it, again, perfect work! I can not recommend them highly enough. 10 stars would be more appropriate!
