Dave was very helpful and kind . The shower looks nice but not clean . Only one toilet for whole rv park. It lacked toilet paper, soap or towels for drying hands. There are 4 washers and 4 dryers. If you don’t need bathroom facilities great for long term.
Amazing place to stay a while or stop for the night. Dave is such a great help and very tentative to every need. He goes above and beyond to make sure this park is safe an quiet. This are putting in showers as we speak, and they have a coin operated laundry facility. Love it!
Been staying here for several months while running a construction project. Not the fanciest place but it’s well kept and all the services work great. Dave is a great manager and keeps and eye on the place. WiFi and cable work great.
Dave and neighbors were very nice, but our site for one night was very loud from highway noise with no lighting and a lot of litter.
Great park owned by some of the best people in Leon County!!!! The park is always clean. The park is right outside of town with easy access to the restaurants, gas stations, grocery store and I45 interstate. The park has nice trees for shade and wind protection, as well as nice grassy areas around the camp sites. I highly recommend this park.
$35 Price was for 30 Amp full hook ups. Pedestals and gravel on our site was brand new. Excellent cable TV. This park has gravel driveways and pads. Lots of space between sites. There was no trash pickup at the sites. 30 amp site had screw-in sewer. WiFi was very fast; worked as good as if I was home. ATT 2 out of 5 bars and Verizon 4 out of 5 bars. They are laying sod between the sites. Dave greeted us and was very friendly. Some train noise in the background, but really wasn't that noticeable.

Great park! Showers,Laundry and restrooms on site. Close to town with shopping, Local parks for kids and great fishing lakes 15 miles away. The staff is great and always helpful! 30 and 50 amp service wth WiFi and cable TV. Plenty of shade trees! We love it here!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a year and the old couple that managed it were beyond amazing. They went above and beyond to help you out and joked around. It's a nice quiet place and very clean. The only downfall is everything is an hour away
