I can today March 16, 2023 hoping for better service! No way. I wish I can give them a ZERO star I would. Poor service and horrible customer service! The equipment is broken most of the time see pictures, yet no apology, discount! or even hand wash instead of the equipment! Just pay and leave. I used to have membership with them for my 4 cars, now it is dawn to one. Today is my last time to use their service.

The staff at Horsham Car Wash is always professional,  courteous, and I am always pleased with the work they do on my families vehicles. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good car wash.

My boyfriend surprised me by taking my car here and Having it washed and the inside vacuumed & detailed.  I had no idea anything was even done so he had to tell me that he took it And I still can hardly tell it was cleaned.  He really shouldn’t  have paid them because it looks like nothing was even done but we just won’t come back here ever again. This is the third time in a row service has been extremely poor.  I have have always purchased the Platinum wash.  They do a poor job of wiping interior spaces and miss very obvious dirty areas.  I used my car over the weekend for a DIY project so my car was much dirtier than usual - I didn’t expect a flawless cleaning but it seems as though they did the mats and that is all.  See pictures of what my car looked like after spending $28.

My car wash is always fine, but the reason why I think they are exceptional is because I accidentally left a phone with debit cards out in plain sight and they were still there when the car was returned to me. Very grateful for their honesty!Services:&nbsp;Polishing

Please keep in mind this review is coming from a patron of this business for years. It was without a doubt my favorite car wash to go to and I was asking to drive to get to it. Today I brought in my new used Lincoln MKZ that I just actually got registered and tagged today. The car wash read my first stop after getting the tags. As usual I do it off get the inside and outside done. I even left a $6 tip in the jar as I always try to be generous when I can. I can tell you they will not get another penny from me. When I got into the car to leave I noticed that the chrome volume lever was actually snapped in half. I immediately parked and brought it to their attention. They tried to tell me I brought it to the wash like that without even asking the guys who took the car from me if they saw anything broken when sending it thru the wash. So I brought him down and they all said they didn't notice anything broken at all. I'm put on with the manager who wasn't working and said give me 10 minutes I'll be there and we will figure it out. I said okay and all is a sudden after waiting in the parking lot for 15-20 minutes a cop knocks on my door. I gave him my license and registration and explained to him what happened and apologized for him even having to waste his time I didn't realize the police were called. He says no worries its a civil issue but I have a report for you on record in case you have to sue but it sounds like they want to make it right. So I thank him go inside the car wash and he calls me a liar, that I brought the car in damaged like that and they won't do anything. I said okay just give me your insurance policy and we'll submit an insurance claim to get it right. He proceeds to call me a liar again. The cop was still in parking lot so I rush out to grab him. He says unfortunately its a civil matter but I do have everything documented for you you'll have to take him to court. This is the most absurd thing I've ever encountered in my life! I must have given him multiple thousands of dollars in business before and now when there's an issue they call me a liar and completely question my integrity! His own people said it wasn't broke when it went into the car wash and it is now and he's denying they had anything to do with it. I warn you DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS CAR WASH. IF YOU DO YOU'RE DOING IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. I'm now going to waste the time and energy to bring a civil suit just because of the way he treated me and called me a scumbag to be face. You've been warned! There's plenty of other options trust me! Not worth the risk! I have never been more offended from a business that I've been more than faithful to for years in my life.

Prices are higher but they always do an amazing job. I love the hand towel driers they are happy and personable. THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOU HARD WORK. Your the best part of my visit everytime. Especially the guy with SUV knowledge about Landrovers.

Then all of the Covid disruptions to the economy hit. I was away from this car wash for over two years. When I returned, I found out the service was poor to say the least. I always got the Platinum wash treatment. The problem is the employees that work on the cars after it emerges from the wash. The finished product is not good. I have a subscription here for unlimited monthly washes and it is nice to come through every week or two.   The car looks great when they're done and the service is done quickly.  I'm a very satisfied customer.  Update: I've been subscribed for two years now and I'm still thoroughly satisfied.  My son recently asked why the floor of my car isn't covered in mud and salt.  The answer is Horsham Car Wash!
