Not a good experience for me,there vets greedy and money driven, although most staff are very Nice, just the vet herself.. heartless.. money driven.and blah blah blah.
Great staff informative vets I've never had a emergency there myself but have watch the rush them through when needed
Amazing caring and compassion staff showed me so much care & support in my time of need. There Kindness will never be forgotten, highly recommend, when the times right be seeing you again.
Great experience. Staff were friendly and caring.
Very good service fitted my dog in when I needed her to be seen. Professional and quick service very good
Since it has changed ownership it has, perhaps inevitably, had an incredible escalation in price. Not that it was ever cheap. From $90 for the yearly check up/vax, to $140.!Add in 37 bucks for my cat’s nail clipping..$177.; For people on a fixed income…ie a pension..that is just not feasible.
Helpful vet, will help you out with whatever animal you need help with.
So caring and compassionate to my last BAD experience at a veterinary, they took time to explain everything to me, and even rang me the day to see how my little dog Sharnie was going, so happy and grateful
This is the most wonderfullest place to bring your fur babies to. The staff are just the friendliest and most loving people i've ever met. They treat your fur babies like they are family. I unfortunately lost my baby due to complications from his operation but they never gave up trying their hardest. And what they did for me and my baby boy was beyond what I expected. i can't thank them enough for everything they did i will definitely be happy to go back for future generations.
Excellent service. We’re from out of town and Nelson had a large grass seed lodged in his ear. Very thorough, caring staff. Gayle Quick Ballarat
