I cannot say enough praise for this team of people. Each person at Hospice of Light gives their best. They are caring and compassionate in the care they give to their patients and their families. This team is led by one of the most competent and gracious leaders, Crystal Murray. Crystals leadership enables her team to give their best.
Hospice of Light managed to make one of the hardest times of my life easier. I’m so blessed to have had them during this time. I can’t thank them enough for all they’ve done.
I am grateful for Hospice of Light for each of the staff and Director. As a chaplain I can honestly say I work with the best people. Compassion, kindness, care, diligence, tender, joyful are just a few words to describe the people of Hospice of Light.
The care and compassion from this team was exceptional. My family felt informed and supported throughout the entire process. The nurses, CNA’s, Social workers, and Chaplain gave my family member the care they deserved during such a difficult time in our lives.
Just wanna say how very thankful I am for Michael, Daphne and Chaplin Loren there are know words to say how very much I love you all for everything you did for my Mother. She loved you all. You gave her the best of care an she loved you as much as I did. Chaplin thank you so much for the wonderful things you said at her funeral. God Bless You All And Merry Christmas!!
Hospice of light took great care of my brother in law. Catfish and Lisa were great nurses that kept him comfortable. Thank you does not seem to cover it. I wish I could give 10 stars!
My husband has never had a good experience here. We’ve had too many negative experiences to even get into detail about. They have lied to him multiple times, made him wait hours for something that was closed, and they just plain don’t respect their patients. I would highly advise against this place. Unfortunately we don’t have any other option since I’m active duty and he has Tricare as my dependent. I work in the medical field myself and I can’t understand how the so-called processionals at this place are so horrible.
I came to the emergency room because of an allergic reaction. I had already taken benadryl and gave myself my EpiPen. My thought hurts and my breathing is shallow. It had been rougher 10 min since I administered the EpiPen. Talking hurts. The nurse insist on me talking despite my breathing being shallow and my throat hurting. I told her that it hurts to talk. She made the comment to the nurse that walked in the room " All of a sudden she can talk." I let someone know that I wanted a different before I knock the one that was in my room out. Next thing I know the ER doctor comes in talking about he's giving me a warning about giving them a hard time. I was in the middle of doing a breathing treatment and put my index finger up to signal for him to give me a minute. He puts his finger up and says "I can put my finger up too." before he walks out. I swear as God is my witness I will never come back here. I came here because it's close to where I stay and my breathing wasn't good. I should have gone to Merit Health. The last time this happened I went there. They treated me with no problems. Can't wait to see what happens next.
I was suppose to be scheduled for a colonascopyon the July 8. Didn't here from scheduling so I called them around 11a.m. today7 july and told them I haven't been contacted. I was told I would get a call after 4PM FOR MY SCHEDULEF TIME. Here it is 10:14pm and haven't received it yet. Drank half a jug of polyethylene Glycol with lemon flavor yum yummy. This whole experience has been one big f-ing bad experience.
Although our relationship pertaining to my father was brief, I could not have asked for more compassion and professionalism than I received. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
