Best hospital i have ever visited. I am an expat on a short term assignment in Monterrey. I faced some emergency health issues and went to urgent care at this hospital. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dr. in urgent care "Dr Rocio Aridna" was great and kind. Since i could not speak Spanish, she took me around and got all tests done. She truly went over and beyond her role to help me out.

What a pity that in a Hospital like San José you cannot buy a probe and an emergency medicine at the Pharmacy. As a village pharmacy, it was closed at midday because the person in charge “went out to eat”. AND THERE WAS NO ONE TO ATTEND. And the people I asked saw everything very logical... "he went out to eat and probably will be late." How little brain A Pharmacy in a hospital must be open in the middle of the day so it is a good idea to have another person stay to attend while another goes out to eat. It really took a long time and I had to go looking elsewhere the QUAN because the medicine and the probe were URGENT.

New and state-of-the-art hospital, excellent doctors... but in the organizational aspect they have a long way to go. I have not received the invoice for the blood tests that I have done despite the 2 emails sent. In the end, out of desperation, I had to go back physically to ask him! the invoice was also wrong, I had to ask them to do it again !!! ABSURD!! tip: increase employees and enter the invoice directly online on your platform where the reports are downloaded. Siamese in 2023.. come on!
In the emergency room after a car accident and after 4 hours a Tac, X-Rays, a very bad service and 75,000 pesos less in the wallet... they diagnosed healthy ribs when in fact I had several fractures. Qualification: 100 for charging and for being wrong, 0 in Quality and Treatment.... All this had to be redone at the Radiology Center paying 15,000 with better treatment and quality... As an Ex-A-Tec it made me sad to hear stories like this from my Alma Mater... and now even more... to write it
