The service is good, in overall is a crowded place..people getting in and out all the time. Overall a good service and good doctors.
I loved the treatment, especially with Dr. Homero Salas, excellent care and although I only went to 2 appointments, he always explained to me in detail how my baby was, he was the one who was in my caesarean section, also all the staff were very friendly, the sales girls, the receptionist, nurses, anesthesiologist, midwife, janitor staff, all super friendly, I loved my stay, as far as facilities, everything was very clean and pleasant, thank you very much
Bad service, I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment, they told me that I was waiting for attention and they gave me 15 more minutes before my appointment and they hadn't spoken to me yet. Until I tell them and they send me to the office and the nutritionist was not there.
Regarding maternity, this hospital, due to the type of services and costs, could be compared with the ginequito or muguerza conchita. While the care and facilities are not like a public hospital, don't expect anything on the level of the other two hospitals mentioned here either. The real estate already within the hospitalization area needs maintenance. The staff lacks updates on the care of puerperal and newborn patients. Due to errors in the expertise of the staff, we were made to take turns that were not contemplated in the place. If I had the opportunity to choose again, I would take one of the other options when it comes to maternity.
Excellent service, treatment and facilities in the operating room, although they were external doctors in ambulatory surgery, the treatment of the Sierra Madre hospital staff was professional in admission, cash register and Nursing, they treated my son EXCELLENT
The receptionist at the entrance was super attentive!! The secretaries outside the offices are very rude. One does not expect these modes in a hospital of its type.
Terrible experience at this hospital. - Very poor facilities, ugly and old: I had to wait in a "waiting room" which is the lobby of the hospital which gets the sun all day. -Terrible really TERRIBLE service from all the people who attended me: They did not tell me that they did not accept my credit card and then they wanted to charge me the 5% commission for paying with another card. The cashier just said it's not my problem According to what they spoke with the "Directing Engineer of the hospital" They didn't show me the itemized bill, they just told me how much the total was, I asked for it and they told me what I wanted it for?
AWFUL... they make you wait in the lobby while your family member is in the operating room and you can't drink or eat in the lobby, but the workers there come in with coffee, rolls, etc. They don't let the patient's belongings stay in the room clothes, shoes you have to wait with everything in the ugly and decadent lobby. There are better options in town, don't go!
Terrible attention from the ophthalmologist Julio Alatorre Ricardo, we scheduled an appointment for my one-year-old daughter, for obvious reasons she was scared so she cried, the very unprofessional doctor simply left the office to tell his assistant that they couldn't see us because he was doing noise. We went to reception to mention what happened and the solution they gave us was for my daughter to come in at a different time and with another doctor. I wish I had read the comments/reviews of this doctor before because apparently it is not the first time that he has given poor care. The service it provides is not free, you pay for it and the appointment was already scheduled!
Terrible Attention With Appointment and Emergencies...My Girl Had a Temperature of 40 and They Revised Her Because She Didn't Have the Covid Test... The First Thing Is Supposed to Be to Lower the Fever.... The Doctors Need Some Care Classes. .. to 5 Year Old Children.... It Was Supposed To Be Attention First.....
