Dark colored car nightmare.. detailer left vacuum hose on the side of my door while vacuuming out the car which led to a bunch of scratches. THEN proceeded to use dry non-microfiber nor shammy fiber cloths to dry my car which leads to scratches. THEN put some sort of Armor All on my trim which then also got all over my paint. Still bugs Galore on my front end although he used a plain scratchy sponge to try and get some of them off. Left tons of goo and bugs.. I looked for a well-rated car wash for my first wash in my brand new blue car.. and fully regret not just going to a detailer. Went in to speak to a manager and he was sitting in his office at his desk and disregarded the fact that someone was walking by his office looking for help. Now my new blue is scratched to heck.. Lord knows how much more it's going to cost me to get the scratches out.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a carwash. I've have had plenty of cars and gone to many car washes, but this was perfect for what I needed, fast and efficient. When I found out they had a membership I signed up immediately. I have  come to this car wash since 2010 and I gladly signed up for the membership because this is by far the best car wash in Southern California in my eyes. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. I drive an old pickup truck and a newer higher end car so they can take care of whatever you have.

Wow! This car wash is a great! Our truck was filthy and it cleaned up pretty nice for an express machine car wash.

Best car wash ever! Came here because of other good reviews I read and I was NOT disappointed! The guys who clean and vacuum the interior,  take their time and do a fantastic job.  Cup holders have never looked so clean! Next time, I will take more cash with me, so I can leave a bigger tip.

They have a fast and tech-savy system of cars coming in and out. I was able to get a high-quality carwash pictures proof in a very quick time and manner. I would definitely use them again and recommend this carwash to my clients and owner operators.Services:&nbsp;Clay bar treatment

After agreeing to sign up for a monthly membership, whoever was working around 4pm on Thursday July 20th was extremely rude wen I asked, to be clear what I was signing up for, what benefits do I get as there were 2 memberships displayed with the same price. He said, "dude I've told you 10 times already are you not listening"? Not true I asked twice. Worst customer service ever from this guy. He was seriously bothered by me just asking a question. We're talking about a grown man at least in his 40s with ZERO professionalism. Canceling the membership now because of how I was treated and in front of my wife. As a business owner myself, I would have eyes on this guy. Terrible business practice. In Temecula CA. What a shame.

I wasn’t very happy. I wish the guys who cleaned the car put more effort and do their best in cleaning the car. I have to point out the areas for them  to remove the dirt sticking in the car. If you don’t examine your car while they clean it will not be thoroughly clean. I could clean my car better. Not worth $37 as far as I’m concerned.Service:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

I've never felt compelled to rate a car wash - until today. I purchased a "standard" full service wash for $30. For that, I got a wash, interior vacuuming, window cleaning, tire cleaning, wheel cleaning, and 15 minutes of wiping and hand cleaning by two people. That is astounding. The job was excellent and I am a very happy customer.  The attendant was helpful, gracious, and considerate. Overall, an excellent experience. Very friendly from the initial young man taking the order to the young man who dried and finished both inside and outside of my car.  He was so quick he had to come get me because I didn’t think to look yet!!  I always go to this car wash when I am in town.  If I lived here I’d be part of the program.

I’ve tried multiple car washes in town and by far this is the best one. They leave your car like brand new and even scrub off those  little bugs that splatter all over the window and grill. I’ve been to others where I had to complain cause it looked like I had washed it at home, and I don’t do a good job.. lol.Services:&nbsp;Auto detailing
