I just got my braces off this morning, and I couldn't be happier! Dr. Hoss is the BEST. My entire treatment plan went swimmingly and he and his entire staff were right on top of every last detail. I really dreaded getting braces, but in the end I am so very happy I did it and it wasn't even close to as bad as I thought it was going to be. Thank you Dr. Hoss and everyone at your practice! With 4 of us in treatment, we're in the office a lot. The office staff is great. Laura helped me file insurance paperwork and was flexible with setting up payment options. Theresa and Desiree are pleasant and make it fun for the kids. This team has been together for years and it shows. Plus, the office is clean and tidy, which I love!
I was 66 years old when I first began to consider orthodontic treatment. My case was a real challenge and I was naturally very doubtful about attaining a positive outcome. Dr. Hoss was willing to meet with me on two separate occasions and patiently explained the proposed procedure. I was especially appreciative of the way he consulted with my oral surgeon, Dr. Dever and my dentist, Dr. Miyashiro before beginning the 2 1/2 year treatment plan. Dr. Hoss closely monitored my progress and answered my anxious questions. The office staff and chair side assistants were outstanding and gave me the much needed encouragement along the way. Bottom line: Dr. Hoss is an experienced professional who knows how to customize a treatment plan for the best possible results. I am loving my new and beautiful smile!
I've been a patient of Dr Hoss since i was a child I'm 27 now he is the kindest person who really cares about his patients I'd recommend him to everyone.
