Hot and Sudsy Car Wash

Rip-off. For how often there is very little to no soap, and poor water pressure, the cost to use the wash bays are not justified. Same for the one in Wilton. It is starting to get better but it has been this way for years.

Horrific. With all due respect, this car wash should be closed if the equipment is not completely replaced. We chose the “gentle touch” to get all the bugs off. Oh my, the brushes came down onto the car with no soap whatsoever, no pre-soak and only a spit of water. Dry brushes. It was horrifying with no way to stop it. Water did come on in rinse cycle. The dryers also did not work. Hot and Sudsy this is not. It’s a nightmare.

Does this company care that this car wash is not working properly? It says undercarriage wash and it doesn’t work! Seriously false signage and taking money from customers in a daily basis! Will not be back!

I don't know if they ran out of products or what, but I got the $12 wash and my car looks worse than before I pulled in. Don't go here.

They need to fill there soap and clean there spouts out it didnt clean my car very good there wasnt any soap .

The soft touch caught and bent my license plate the last time I went. I've never had that happen at a car wash before.

The machine would not take credit cards, very madening. I didnt have any cash with me! My back window was still dirty when i got done!!
