New in 2010, Hot Dog Avenue is located right across from Noah's Ark. We are a local's and visitor's favorite for our Vienna hot dogs: featuring the Chicago Dog & local's favorite: Green Bay Dog! Our food is all made to order, so maybe it will take an extra minute, but you'll agree it's worth the wait! Our Gyro's are off the cone. We also offer Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches, Italian Beefs, (yes we dip 'em) burgers, salads, and more! We have indoor & outdoor seating as well as a drive-thru. We also are now serving beer for indoor dining! So stop in and see what's cooking at the Ave!

My son said his hot dog was the best he has ever had Montana dog and I agree! I had the "Green Bay" hot dog and it was just so delicious . The flavor was perfectly balanced with the chili and melted cheese topping. Also had an order of Philly cheese steak which was oh so yummy. Mozzarella cheese stick - definitely the best we had! I don't know what magic is added- but you can taste it! The place is also very nice, welcoming and super clean! We are definitely fans and will be returning !
Hot Dog Ave was a hidden gem we recently discovered while on vacation in the Dells. Ordered some Chicago style hotdogs and you would’ve thought my kids were eating a hotdog like they’ve never eaten before. We had to place a second order. The fries were delicious too and the price was reasonable for a quick bite. Will definitely be back the next time we are in the Dells.
I visited Wisconsin Dells with my family this past weekend and there were many recommendations for Hot Dog Ave. I ordered food for my family of seven before we went to a local circus. Once we left the restaurant we found out that my hot dog was missing from the bag . Unfortunately, because of the food mishap I had to give them 4 stars. After placing a phone call, the staff did let me know that I could come back the next day for my hot dog since we were headed to an attraction. I was able to visit the restaurant the next morning for the “forgotten hot dog”, which was the Chicago Style Dog and it was good! So if you and your family are looking for good tasting, reasonably priced food, then give Hot Dog Ave a chance! My only recommendation is to check to make sure all items ordered are in your bag before leaving.
This is my favorite place to eat when I'm in Wisconsin Dells!!! All hotdogs are made with real Vienna Beef Hotdogs so no need to worry if you don't eat pork. I recommend the Chicago Dog. Hot Dog Avenue does it right. It comes with mustard, relish, onions, tomatoes, pickle, sport peppers, and celery salt on a poppy seed bun. Some places cheat you on the poppy bun and celery salt. I also recommend my favorite dog, the Louisana Dog, which comes with bbq sauce, grilled onions, and tomatoes. I also have the Georgia Dog pictured, which comes with bbq sauce and coleslaw. Parking: Hotdog Avenue has its own free parking lot.
One creepy dude was staring at us at the bar but other than that, a pleasant experience. Good food too!Food: 5/5
We have been here at least 5 times, The food is always excellent. A true Chicago dog! The Italian sausage is the best I have had in a long time! Prices are very reasonable please don't raise them. Hands down the best place to eat in the dells. Always clean and the staff is very nice. This place never disappoints.Food: 5/5
Great food. It was fresh and nice and hot. My Maxwell polish was the best thing just as good as an original Maxwell polish from Chicago. The onion rings were crispy and just perfect. The cheese fries were hot and the chh h imago dog was excellent.Food: 5/5
1st visit. It was all very fresh, & reasonably priced! The cheese burger was good, but not that big! The bun was a little old, & started to crumble. This place is definitely a place I'd visit a bunch, if I was a local! Everyone's food looked great! I also got a Montana dog bacon, grilled onion, brown mustard & fries! Tasted great! Try this place out! Kid-friendliness: Great spot to bring kids! Parking: Plenty of parking
My brother and I decided to stop in here because it looked tasty and had a good rating and it didn't disappoint. Nice clean restaurant with a friendly staff that offered a large-variety of hot dogs, sausages and hamburgers. I ordered the Italian Combo with an Italian sausage covered in Italian beef and dipped. Needless to say, it was excellent and the fries were also very good.
This is Real Chicago style food. A1.. I'm back it's July 17 2023. I tried the New Mexico dog. Omg best dog I've ever had. I'm from Chicago, and this is truly better. How can I convince my family to come back today.Food: 5/5
