Hot Ground Gym® is a child development center. We develop children through our own unique training philosophy called 5DC( five dimensional concept). The 5DC has five pillars. Obstacle course fitness, Teamwork, Leadership, Critical thinking and Discipline. The 5dc supports and reinforce our 3 pronged™ approach. Physical, mental and character development. We offer after school program called Junior Boots, Amazing Obstacle Course Birthday Parties, Camps and Mobile events.
