This place is very clean and comfortable, and nice service. all the food is fresh, I very like wagyu!!!!so good,
Not bad at all. We saw this place by chance when we were shopping at HMart, Yojie closed and was replaced by another hot pot restaurant it seems. HMM! We decided to try it out the following Friday this past Friday. The place wasn't busy when we came to dinner around 8:30PM, 2-3 other tables at most. They're running a special of FREE soup base until the end of April. Seeing that, we assumed they ran their hot pot like Little Sheep Mongolian Hot Pot where everything you order will cost you money. We were greeted and sat promptly when we entered. The place is spacious and clean so that's a good thing, there was no lingering smell of hot pot so definitely nice to know they have decent ventilation. We were given two menus, one for the hot pot order and one for drinks. We ordered a yuan yang pot dual pot with Spicy Mala and Mushroom broth $7.98 per soup, $1.58 for self-serve sauce bar, I can't really recall what everything costs, but it ranged from $3-$15 enoki and other mushrooms were $5.00 a plate. We ordered a plate of lamb, beef, pork's blood 6 pcs, 2x pork meatballs comes 4 pc per order, 2x nappa, and frozen tofu. Their soup was actually pretty good, I'd rate them #3 after Little Sheep and Ichi Ichi! The mushroom soup was aromatic and fragrant although not as deep in profile taste as Little Sheep's herbal soup how I like it, but definitely similar. My boyfriend really enjoyed their mala soup due to the wonderful flavor, it was well balanced where the chili wasn't so overwhelming. My other favorite was the frozen tofu, they were a little different than other frozen tofus. They were fluffier but had that nice firmness that frozen tofu is known for. Definitely worth a try! The staff here were amazingly nice and attentive, but then again, it wasn't busy that night so it wasn't hard to stay on top of things. Will have to see how they act when they're busier! All the staff made sure our finished plates were taken away, our drinking waters refilled and always made sure everything was fine. Honestly, it was a surprise because I'm SO used to subpar service when it comes to Chinese restaurants. Quite glad they're just down the street from where I live, so it's always an option to drop by for dinner! :
The best Hotpot we ever eat in US! Staffs are great and polite we feel like home in Taiwan
the new restaurant that just opened - went there and never going back. not good quality meat & slow service.
Good food at a good price
Super delicious, free refills for drinks, and the overall decoration makes people feel comfortable, recommended!
