Received my spa yesterday and couldn’t say enough great things about Hot Spring Spas of Des Moines! My salesman Dustin H. was amazing the entire step of the way. Even when we came across a couple of install issues, he handled the issues and made sure that everything was gonna be great. I am super happy that I went with them and thank you Dustin for being a great salesman and great human!!! We can’t wait to use it!!!
Hot Spring Spas of Des Moines just delivered my 5th Hot Spring Spa. I've been enjoying their spas nearly every day for 32 years. I can't say enough good things about their knowledgeable sales staff and service department. The delivery crew did a great job. In my opinion, Hot Spring Spas are the best in the industry!
After years of checking out these hot tubs at the fair we finally decided to do more than look at them. Our salesman, Dustin Hutcheson, was awesome. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and took time to answer all our questions. We decided on the Rhythm model. It was delivered last week and my wife is in love with it. The jets are very powerful and massage your aches away. If you are in the market for a new hot tub look no further, HotSpring Spas has an option for you. Go see Dustin to check them out to find which one suits your needs best.
Loving our new hot tub! Our salesman, Randy L., made the entire experience awesome. He's extremely knowledgeable and a great communicator. I can't say enough positive things about Randy and how he has gone out of his way to make sure we are fully comfortable with our new hot tub and how to maintain it correctly. Easiest 5 Stars ever!
We purchased our spa a little over 2 months ago. We paid for a new spa but received one that was obviously used. It was disgustingly filthy and took over an hour to clean. We were told someone would come over and help us with the initial set up and give some basic instructions. They gave us a few minutes on the phone after several attempts to set it up. We just had a service person come out to look at a couple of issues/concerns we have with our "new" spa. The service person did not alert us that he was there and didn't even check on all of the concerns because of his lack of communication. If customer service, keeping your word and follow up after the sale is important to you, I would strongly recommend any other company than this one. In response to you letting us know when you arrived. That is absolutely false. Three people were in the house. No knock. No doorbell. I had no call or text to my phone. Neither did my girlfriend. The only reason the people who were home knew you had been here was because they saw you leaving.
I would like to share the great experience we had when choosing our hot tub at Hot Spring Spas of Des Moines. Randy Lovell is the best, he came in an hour before opening time on a Saturday so that we could beat the rush of pre state fair sales. Randy is VERY knowledgeable, and has been great with communication. He gave us his personal cell phone number to contact him with any questions at any time. Randy has gone above and beyond in our eyes, and is truly one of the best salesmen we have ever dealt with!! We definitely are happy with our purchase!!
Les sold us a hot tub. He was really great to work with and he had great resources and contacts to help us get through the process. I’m glad I did business with Hot Spring Spas of Des Moines because they give me a lot of confidence that they will be there for us and they have the best products on the market especially the Hot Springs/Watkins products as they’re state of the art and have the best design and and well made hot tubs out there.
Had such a great experience at the Iowa State Fair this year with Dustin at the Hot Spring Spa tent. He was super knowledgeable and was very accommodating. Honestly I wasn't even expecting to buy a hot tub, my wife and I had always talked about it, but this was the year we pulled the trigger! If you're ever in the market for a hot tub - Hot Spring Spas of Des Moines comes highly recommended and be sure to talk to Dustin.
We recently purchased our hot tub from Dustin and it was a great experience. He was super kind and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and showed us all our options. He walked us through how it all works and was never pushy or rude. The whole process was simple and easy thanks to Dustin. We cannot wait to get our new hot tub!
I normally don’t write reviews, but just wanted to share that my experience with Dustin and Hot Springs Spas of Des Moines has been nothing short of exceptional. Dustin not only hooked me up with a great deal on my Rhythm hot tub, but has been there every step of the way in answering my many questions I had since the purchase of my spa. It wasn’t just about making the sale. Since the purchase of my tub, he has recommended an electrician and even priority shipped the 240V electrical box so it was there in time for the wiring installation. Was extremely nervous about purchasing a spa, but Dustin and Hot Springs Spas of Des Moines made it an easy experience and would highly recommend to others. Had my hot tub for over a month now and love it. I have even had questions since taking ownership of the tub and Dustin always had a quick response and hooked me up with what I needed. If you are in the market for a hot tub, I highly recommend giving Dustin H a call and he will hook you up. Thanks again, Dustin!
