I have been going to this pharmacy for years and they are the BEST! They are so friendly, helpful, quick and good at their job. I don’t have a vehicle or a ride to the pharmacy, so they deliver my medications as well as others needing that service. So thoughtful! I definitely give this pharmacy 100/10 they’re amazing! If you want the best care, please go to this pharmacy, I love them!
Management is very nice and helpful. Store is always clean. Great atmosphere, and employees always have wonderful attitudes. Techs are very knowledgeable and prompt to assist when needed. Parking is clean. Pharmacist knows all about your meds. Keeps you updated with the potential side effects that could be life threatening with all your new, as well as Meds currently taking, that you should always keep check on. This is a family owned business. And I believe they treat each of us "their customers" as one of their family members. I give this place a 5. Cleanness, Parking 5,bathroom 5, atmosphere 5,hospitality and kindness 5,and making you feel like family 5.
The staff are excellent, prescriptions are filled quickly. The staff will go out of their way to resolve any issues with your prescriptions without making it seem like a inconvenience. Hot Springs Pharmacy provides wonderful service. Happy to know that I will not be waiting for days to have prescriptions filled or having refills lost by the chain pharmacies again.

My husband and I are from eastern Arkansas and were just driving through Hot Springs when I suddenly couldn't breathe. My abdomen swelled noticeably and I was gasping for air. I thought I just needed to walk a bit. We pulled into the small mall and I walked several times along the sidewalk in front of Hot Springs Pharmacy. I was still in distress, so my husband suggested we go into pharmacy and get my blood pressure checked. We went in and asked if they could do that and the pharmacist immediately came around the counter. When she sat beside me to check my blood pressure, she noticed how labored my breathing was and told me I really needed to go to the ER. She said sometimes heart attack symptoms in women exhibited the same things she was seeing with me. I really didn't want to go, but she and another pharmacist convinced me I needed to do so. We told them we didn't know anything about the city, so one of the pharmacist said, "Follow me!" She led us to the front door of CHI ER. I was seen immediately. As it turned out, a heart attack was ruled out and it was determined to be a GI issue. We were so blessed that these two ladies helped us out so willingly. They even called ahead to the ER to let them know we were coming! We were impressed with the CHI ER staff. They were swift, efficient, thorough and caring. They will never know how grateful we are that God put them in our path this week. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Pharmacy and the CHI ER.

Thank you to the staff of Hot Springs Pharmacy. My family evacuated to Hot Springs from Hurricane Ida and we were going to run out of medication. And there were several of us who needed our medication filled. There was no hesitation to help us, in fact the staff stayed late. It was a relief to find a place with such a kind heart. Thank you!

I was using a chain pharmacy. Always had to wait, sometimes they didn't have what I needed. I just happened to stop in here one day and they were all so nice and helpful. I switched my prescriptions over, so glad I did!
The staff here were so friendly and welcoming. Love that it is locally owned and operated. Felt very welcomed here and like the staff truly cares about the well-being of their patients and all the people of Hot Springs. 10/10
