Both store associates were amazing I only managed to catch Venus’ name. She so happened to mark the shoes I got today, down today, so I took it as fate. I absolutely love her style too Both of their styles honestly. Great experiences. 10/10
I have a Paramore show coming up, and I was in the mall for 3 hours trying to find something suitable. I ended up finding an absolutely perfect outfit at this Hot Topic with help of a super sweet employee, Riley. She got down two mannequins for me from the top of the wall, one with a skirt I wanted and another with a shirt because they were the last of the stock of those clothes in the store. After stressing and not really feeling good about myself for those 3 hours searching, she really made my day. Thank you Riley!!

The staff is GREAT here. They will go out of their way to help you, and they're SUPER nice. I used to never shop at Hot Topic, but this has become a regular spot for me. They also have a ton of merchandise for the store size. They tend to run out of certain sizes a bunch, but they're more than willing to order the size you need and have it shipped to the store.
I have never had a bad experience here! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. In store or online, I know I can always find something I like okay, a lot of things I like. The variety is amazing and the quality of product is superb.
High prices, the clothes have the quality of a Halloween costume, and everything else is equally cheaply made. The staff is great, and I always feel right at home when I enter the store. If only anything were appropriately priced.
Hot topic has everything from jewelry to clothing essentials. They have a large variety of clothing including band t shirts, Harry Potter merch, and even t shirts based on everyone's favorite horror movies! I absolutely loved this store and I'd give it a 5 out of 5
This have a very large selection of alternative style. The friendly employees are very attentive and seem to really like being there. All around pretty good experience.

My favorite store! They have records cds makeup jewelry bathing suits clothes etc for alternative lifestyle. Rockers etc. The staff is awesome and helpful. They sell the coolest items around.
