Hot Topic Puente Hills

So to start off I'm sure by now we all know Hot Topic isn't what it use to be 20 years ago. Having that said there's no point of people coming here complaining about how it not what it use to be. They mostly have main stream band shirts. They don't carry Tripp, hell bunny, Sourpuss, lip service and all the other brands they use to. I believe the clothes they have now is their own brand, which is ok but not my style. I mostly come here for their funko pops and anime merch. Which they mostly carry popular anime merch. The staff here is really friendly and helpful. The store is rather small and there's alot space where I feel they could put more stuff up but maybe their making it spacious because of social distancing.

Me and my lady went a couple of sundays ago just looking around and got the pleasure of meeting Liz, who embodies the attitude of Hot Topic way back when I was a teenager in the 20th century, and her image was nothing short of awesome. She showed us some buy 1, get 2 free shirts lines and I went totally retro. We'll definitely come back and even if there's nothing we get, at the least we get to say hi to Liz, who is one nice example of what's right in the world.

Went in for a specific funko pop Strawberry Shortcake . The only one within reach had a dented box. When the girl asked if I needed help which they're GREAT at doing at this location every time I go in , I explained what I wanted and she grabbed her ladder and without hesitation, climbed up towards the ceiling and started handing me a new one from the overhead stock. It wasn't great either, and she said go ahead and see if it's a good box! The 2nd one she handed me was perfect and she climbed back down. She was awesome I wish I remembered her name to give her some credit, but it was the afternoon shift 5pm I believe it was Tuesday May 30th. She was awesome, thank you again!!

Loved how wide the store is, and the ADORABLE cottage core clothes! Oh, how I long for a disposable income. The customer service was absolutely wonderful, nice conversation, laughs were had!

Great selection of shirts and pops always draws me in. I typically will drive a little further to come to this location since the staff is amazing. From top to bottom they are always greeting customers with a smile and make you feel welcomed. I don't even make it a few feet without being asked if I need any help looking for something. I love when you get great customer service like that. They always remind me if I have a reward to use and take extra time to find a pop I'm looking for even if it just came in or is buried on their wall. I've had issues with returns and poor service at other locations but this one is definitely my all time favorite. They're active on IG and always answer their phone quickly.

Favorite clothing store... I had some issues with one of the tshirt i bought and they were really efficient to solve the issue. Kudos to the team working there... will keep buying in @hottopic 100% recommended

Great prices and good service

Love this place. Great merchandise and prices too. They had a BUY 1 get 2 free t-shirts. My daughter bought some. I even purchased my WEDDING DRESS here in 2002. Beautiful and on sale. I purchased my Victorian hat/veil separately.

Hot Topic has always been a great store, with style that attract many!!!

The staff is always friendly and helpful! The store is always neat and organized. My family stops here every time we are at the Puente Hills Mall. We like to check out their clearance section, they usually have some pretty awesome deals going on! They recommended following their instagram account for newly released items. They take down my phone number when I earn Hot Cash, and give me a call when its time to come back to spend it!
