Cute boutique hotel, customer service was friendly & great central location. My room was on the first floor & surprisingly quiet. The room itself was clean, bed was comfy but not the newest. The shower was amazing! The pebble floor in there was comfy on my feet, and the rain shower head completed the experience. My suggestions to the hotel would be to upgrade mattresses to newer ones, dust the room better, and please buy new towels and use fabric softener. No need to keep the towels that are frayed and no one likes a rough towel after that nice shower. I will definitely stay here again
Arrived into Phoenix completely exhausted shortly after 11 pm and read through list of hotels. Narrowed it down to this hotel and one other for location. One hotel only allowed check in until 11 pm and the other had 24 hour check-in so we chose the 24 hour hotel. Except, being so tired, I confused the two. I booked this one and as soon as I hit the book button, I realized my error and tried to stop the booking process. It did not cancel so I immediately tried to reach the hotel. I could not get anything but a mailbox service. Hotels.com tried for days to remedy the situation. This hotel refused to issue a refund and kept my payment. Integrity is not a value of this company. We will be returning frequently for work to the area and this hotel will never receive one more penny from us.

My boyfriend and I are celebrating a late Valentines Day and we booked a room here for the night on a whim after dinner. Used a third party service and everything was super smooth. The building's exterior looks are a little deceiving. Not much on the outside, but the lobby was beautifully decorated with a snack bar, we felt very safe and comfortable as soon as we walked in. The room is great, updated interior designs, cute decorations, a mini fridge and a flat screen tv on the wall. The most amazing and notable part of our stay tonight has definitely been the customer service provided by Kim, who checked us in at the front desk. We had a lot of questions, and even though it is literally her second day, she was very informative, personable, and helpful. We brought our Chromecast so that we could watch our shows and we were struggling with setting it up for awhile, when I called Kim she was sympathetic and also offered to come to our room to help solve the problem! Although we couldn't quite figure out the chromecast situation, Kim took the time to come to our room and problem shoot the issue with us. She truly went above and beyond. If management reads this, you made a fantastic hire. I work in the service industry and understand that she did not have to go that extra mile and show that she cared, but she did. I just had to log on to Yelp to leave a shining review for the hotel and excellent service. The location may be off putting, as it was to us at first, but as soon as we checked in all of that worry faded away. I've stayed in all types of hotels and I definitely recommend this one. I'll personally be booking here again because of the quality and the excellent service. Thank you guys so much!
Room was very clean and thats the best part. We didn't receive housekeeping services the entire time we were there even though we left the card out and asked at the front desk. They did however give us a new room for our last night there. The pics are very nice but not accurate. This used to be an apartment building that was renovated as a hotel. This would be ok for a one night stay but no longer. We were there for 4 days but no dresser to keep our clothes so we had to live out of the suitcase the whole time. The first bathroom had a little shelf in the shower for our toiletries but the second room had nothing. We just had to put our stuff on the floor. Our view was of the wall and no out door view at all.
Quite a nice hotel. It has a simple presentation, clean rooms with modern designs and firm pillows & beds. There is plenty of parking, and I consider it a great option for the area. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which is what we needed after arriving well past 11pm when our prior booking went sour with another place. I have no complaints other than a minor one on the price. If you're paying $84 and the breakfast is a pastry and coffee, you might feel iffy. Understandable, but it's a small complaint for a non-chain/non-franchise hotel with such low margins. If you're looking for a bed for a night and a comfortable room, here's a good option I wouldn't pass up.
STAY AWAY!!!! Nice staff that apologized for the rooms. The website images are a complete lie. It's an old office building turned into a hotel and they never updated the soundproofing so you hear EVERYTHING! We checked in at 10 pm after a long flight and didn't get to sleep until 3 am when everyone was in their rooms and doors stopped closing. I went to the front desk to let the lady know and she was so kind and said they get complaints all the time and that the hotel owners will never give refunds. She gave me the email for them and they never responded. By 7am this is how bright our room was and the doors were opening and closing again so you couldn't fall back asleep. By 8:15 am it was so bright in the room we decided to leave. We should have realized when they gave you earplugs as a toiletry that it's a bad place!! UPDATE 1.17.18 When we checked out talked to the manager and was told that we could contact the property owners, but the staff was told to never give a discount or refund. He laughed and said good luck when giving me the email address for them and said there was no phone number. I normally would have not complained to the BBB but I thought that this was horrible management and they should not treat their guests this way. I emailed three times and reported them to the BBB. No response. Please do not stay here and I feel horrible for their staff that have to deal with owners who know they have a problem and have decided that they have enough fly in and out customers that they do not have to provide the basics for a hotel room.
We checked in coming from the airport and booked at this hotel because of the great price and beautiful look and we were definitely impressed. Staff was very friendly and caring and they even give you bottled water or make fresh coffee for you at check in. The Cappuccinos are great! The Rooms are comfy, clean, functional and very posh. They offer breakfast to-go which is so smart and handy as we are always in a rush. This new hotel has sufficient closet coat hanger space and hotel has awesome bathroom amenities. We were very impressed. All amenities are available and the staff brings them to your room with one call right away. Never seen a hotel shower so gorgeous. Excellent Excellent Excellent! We will definitely be back!
Definitely not like the pictures at all. Dirty and dark. Stains on the bed sheets. Hair left all over the bathroom. Also the window covering in the room we stayed at this weekend had about a 2 inch gap on both sides and we faced the main street. No privacy at all and we could hear every sound in the hallway. We were only there for two nights thankfully. Way over priced. The only nice thing I could say is that the front desk attendant was nice and friendly.
What a charming little hidden gem! 5 Starts! The staff at this hotel is remarkable. They work so hard to make sure the guests are treated like VIP and they go above and beyond in all areas. The rooms are elegant and extremely clean. Cleanest hotel I have ever been too. Right when you walk into the hotel, you are charmed by the sophisticated environment and amenities. Over all really impressed! Well recommended!
Lobby closed at 11pm. My keycard demagnetized after 11pm and I could not reach a staff member through calling the “emergency line” 20 times. I had to spend the remainder of the night outside in 40 something degree weather. Come to find out later there was an employee there the whole time. I sent multiple emails and left voice messages to no avail. I was told there was going to be some kind of reimbursement for my experience. I want to know when! Horrible experience spending one night outside after spending over $600 to stay for a week.
