In January 2000, House Calls of Menomonie, Inc. separated from Indianhead Enterprises and became its own entity.In an effort to meet the needs of individuals in Dunn County and the surrounding area, additional services were added. These services include Support Services, Respite Care, Representative Payee Services, Corporate Guardianship Services, and Supervised Visitation. If anyone is in need of a payee, this is the place to go!  I'm here to tell all, they are the most amazing group of people.  Kind to a fault and caring for you with everything they have even to the point of researching things after work hours.  I will never change my status as needing a payee because I'm telling you, they have made my life so much better : THANK YOU NICOLE AND JEN!!!  I think that the bad reviews are because some people are asking for money that the payee's can't give.  They do that to protect us from ourselves.  I also don't think the staff is rude, they are just being firm and sometimes, we that need payee, need that firmness.  They work hard over there to help.  If it wasn't for them lots of us would not have a place to live or food on the table.  Cut the staff some slack they are only looking out for our best interested. :

If I could give these people a negative I would! They pay other people's bills with other peoples money. They don't return phone calls or stay in contact with their clients. They commit fraud all the way around. Social security needs to audit and investigate this"social service organization " The payee's don't even hold degrees. It seems like a group of con artists got together to take advantage of the vulnerable. Go elsewhere please!

This place can't spell my name correctly, get my address right, nor can they call me at MY phone number. But they consistently can take my money. Total bunch of incompetents I'd give them negative stars if I could

These people do not seem to care about their clients, only their money. They will not stand up for their clients, they choose to take whatever path is easiest when there is any issues.They will not return phone calls, even with important/ urgent matters. I would strongly recommend finding some other  business as a support service.

I would not recommend this place to anyone!  These people cannot be trusted.  They were stealing money for months from my brother's account after he passed away.

Sad very sad..they lie.kept my stimulus check. Not even a dollar. They expect me to survive on 115 for over two weeks.hate them there.not doing there job period..they lie!!!!!!!

Place is a joke. I never wanted them and now they take my ssi and i get nothing. What a waste. There staff is rude and dont know what there doing

They  never give you a correct amount what's in your account  what a joke
