I'm very disappointed in this restaurant. It's to expensive to receive old burnt chicken for sweet and sour chicken. 40 dollars for a meal you can't finish its not cool.

Kinda rough - we ordered sesame chicken, general tso’s, potstickers and spring rolls. The sesame chicken tasted old and flavorless, and both the sesame chicken and general tso’s were soggy, not crispy. The spring rolls were pretty good, but the potstickers lacked any real depth of flavor and crispness. This was a lot of money almost $50 for sub-par food. Shame!

Take out Dinner was horrible. No flavor. Fried shrimp was raw under the batter. Pad Thai was mushy tasted odd all the food was bland no flavor. King Pao was bland and chicken rubbery. Hi. We couldn’t eat it. Spent $75 ‍ To the staff , they were very nice when I called and complained . Told me to bring my food back and I would be refunded. Which is what we did.

The workers there were very nice and sweet, however the food was awful. The chow mein was the only saving grace. The chow mein was very good and so was the bao buns but the fried rice was extremely unseasoned and the most bland thing we ever had. It was only rice fried with an egg and a few veggies, that was it. The broccoli beef wasn’t very good, the beef was chewy and spongy. I wouldn’t order from there again but the workers were very sweet and accommodating, which was a bonus.

Finding good Chinese food is hard these days. It was disappointing to order over $60 in food to have no taste too sweet and no sauces. On top of it when you asked for spice there’s no spice. Nice people however food wasn’t good.

I really love the food and service at House of Good Fortune in the Sherwood Market Center. Check ahead for dining options. It has been takeout and delivery only. The times I had dined in, from beginning to end I had the friendliest and most gracious service and attention. And the food is hot, fresh, and delicious! The portions are super-generous and they have some of the best Chicken Fried Rice.

Terrible food. Pad Thai tasted burnt. Lemon chicken tasted like it was fried in old dirty oil, Jung pos chicken was flavorless. General tsao chicken was bland and overly sweet with no spice. Hands down, the worst Chinese food over ever had.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Sherwood. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating when we need to stay a little after to finish our meal. And, the food is absolutely fabulous. I’m vegan and they have plenty for me on the menu and have made special dishes for me. I’d recommend the sautéed green beans and tofu pad Thai.! Delicious definitely five stars!!

Thought we would take a chance on a local Chinese restaurant. We ordered hot and sour soup, orange chicken, Kung Pao Chicken and Sesame Chicken. Meal started out well with the soup. Then came the entrees. Orange chicken was lacking flavor and was deep fried in oil that was past its useful life. Not any orange flavor, just a burnt, old oil taste and smell. This was the best dish out of the 3. Kung Pao chicken was not edible at all. It tasted like shrimp juice had ran into the same storage container as the chicken. Very bad and possible rotten, spoiled taste. The sesame chicken was even worse than the Kung Pao, very off taste. As we paid at the front counter, we shared our thoughts to our server, as we were sharing another employee from the restaurant came and joined the conversation. We were sharing with them that we were already leaving as the food was not edible. We had two younger children with us, and had concern of possible food poisoning, due to the off taste of the food. The staff began to argue with us that no one else had complained today about the food. I let her know i was not looking to argue, i was hungry and came to eat, however the food, in my opinion was not edible. The staff went on to charge me for the entire order. When i commented about being charged for the food that was not edible she asked if I wanted to take it to go. I again declined and again shared it was not edible. This is one place we will never go to again. As a side note, the condition of dining room was shocking. Large water leaks in the ceiling, with many missing or damaged tiles. Holes and rips in the carpets. Taped up rips in the seats. If this is how they are presenting the dining room, I sure I would be shocked at the the condition of the restaurant.
