Unless you are desperate and can't find another agency I would not use this office, it takes them a very long time to get referrals submitted, they are very slow, we have yet to see or talk to an actual doctor. I literally spent all morning and part of the afternoon trying to get a referral that was suppose to be submitted to the insurance 3 days ago all while mom is hurting. The nurses seem kind and try to be helpful however the office staff seem cold and incompetent. Makes one wonder who the heck does the hiring or who's in charge?!! They seem to not care if your elderly family member is in dire need of care, needs medication, or needs to see a specialist, this is very sad for the elderly population and it is very stressful on family. If you are able try to find another agency!! Will be looking into reporting them to the medical board.
You have to be very careful with these clinicians. They are attentive and responsive but are easy to prescribe to mask symptoms instead of treating and resolving problems. My spouse with muscular dystrophy and a history of a seizure disorder was placed back on an anti seizure medication which was bringing down her sodium and potassium levels and she lost her appetite,could not eat,and feeling not well and subsequently lost an incredible amount of weight and knowing that the sodium levels were in critical levels continued to say that it was a result of muscular dystrophy and muscle waiting instead of drug reaction…until she could not stand it any longer and went to emergency as a result of her original pmd which has now taken her back and found out that she could have died from total negligence! This was not that difficult to diagnose seeing all of the critical values of blood work…they could have recommended going to an emergency room or seeing a neurologist regarding the medication, but decided to just continue on the same route towards death..after an emergency room visit and admission she is a new person now with appetite and on the road to recovery and a change in medication. Up to this point because of her good health overall it was fine, but with a problem it seems they cannot handle that. Then Dr.Nguyen disappeared after her baby was born and we never saw a physician..Jose Molina pa sounds good but obviously drugs to mask the problems was all he was able to do. This is very dangerous to the elderly and those that are bed bound because this is the best they can see..a sad state of medicine if you ask me.i hope they can read this and learn from it cause I find this to be robbery of Medicare money if they cannot diagnose patients symptoms and manage them and refur patients to other specialties. They are nice people and friendly and such but people can die with this care when there is a problem and this is not hospice where people are waiting to die. Just be aware if you are under their care!
Horrific. My mother thought this would be a lifeline and it has been nothing but a frustration & an additional burden. I don’t know where these positive reviews are coming from. They are completely unresponsive. It takes forever to get appointments set up & then they just sent a nurse who didn’t even address my father’s issues. You can’t get a live person on the phone and messages aren’t returned. Look at the Yelp reviews for a clearer picture of how they operate. They should be so ashamed.
A total abuse of Medicare. Insurance company gave them my information. I called my insurance company and tell them I’d already had a complete physical at my Doctors office andwhy are they sending somebody out to do another one? This is a total abuse and waste of our Medicare system. I am a healthcare provider and find this to be a total waste of our Medicare money but it seems the insurance companies don’t really care. They may be offering a service system but they truly need it to not give out your name to a third-party when you do not need a service.
I've had nothing but the best response and care from Dr. Shaw and Nancy who takes care of our authorizations. Technicians come to our home for blood work and even xrays!

I am so grateful for the "knock" on the door yesterday... It was Joseph Gutierrez, PA My husband has been in the Hospital three times within the last six months; his insurance company set up visits with Housecall Doctors Medical Group. Mr. Gutierrez took his vitals however, the monitor in his opinion was not working properly he took it the "old fashion way" he confirmed his advice and my Husband was taken to the Hospital. Once there we found out that his condition had returned... Joseph Gutierrez was truly a Godsend Sunday Morning...
